AVOID at ALL costs!

Decent sleds but renting from these people is dangerous, besides charging for rental, they also charge $40 per damaged lug, and charge you for a new belt if any damage is done to the belt. And by any damage i mean a few stray cords or a small heat mark. My buddies belt had a heat mark the size of a thumbnail and got hit for $115. And he also got charged for two belts, even though he wouldn't have used two if the first sled hadn't blown the base gasket. A completely mechanical problem at no fault to him but this place wouldn't go good on the oil and belt used on one of the sleds, even though that extra belt and oil wouldn't have been used if the guys sled hadn't blown. And the second belt was an $86 cheap belt on the sled and the guy tried charging my buddy for a $115 belt!
I bent the bumper on my sled when i slid into a tree, i was just fine with paying for the bumper and shop hours to replace it but he also charged me for the front plastic even though the next day after the sled sat in his shop the plastic took its original form back and he admitted that it only had a crack the size of a pencil tip in the front. Which is purely cosmetic, and he says he doesn't worry about cosmetic problems if they are minor, you even go through the sled beforehand to make sure all cosmetic problems are noted. My buddies first sled had a caved in oil jug from the owners knee and he left that on the sled. But the best part was the night we brought them back he also charged me for a new $700 pipe because there was a ding the size of a quarter in the heat shield, again cosmetic. The next day we went back to try and adjust the outrageous $1100 bill down and he said that skidoo sells a heat shield kit for the pipe and took the other heat shield off, showing us that he knew the tiny ding was entirely cosmetic. And when he ordered the heat shield he ordered all three parts of the heat shield even though only one had a ding in it. The final bill for just my sled repairs was $644 after the shop costs, plastic, bumper, heat shield, rivets and foam. even though the only thing that was actually damaged was the bumper. Everything else had slight cosmetic issues that were more minor than what he did to the other sled's oil jug.

Avoid this guy at all costs, he is trying to get rich quick with rentals by screwing over people trying to have a nice vacation.
Also when i called after i got home to make sure they had the right address for them to send me the parts i "damaged" his wife/girlfriend or whatever she was tried to make me pay for shipping. I would have got all of the parts before I left but they didn't have them off the sled and we needed to start our 15 hour trip back so they said they could ship them to me, and never once mentioned shipping costs. when i told her this she told me she "isn't going to spend my FUCKING money for this". After she started swearing at me, the customer, while i was being polite we argued and then i hung up.
