Needless to say, pines, oaks and more had overgrown, posing a dangerous threat to our home. I found Nick through a FB friend, or so I thought! I got a bit confused by an older recommendation I had saved in my phone by name only. After an internet search I thought I had found the original referral which was Nick's Landscaping and Tree Service. It ended up being a different service. Turns out this young man was an excellent choice! He and his crew removed about thirty trees in 5 days. The price was right. These guys were young, professional arborists who were super skilled and hard working. We highly recommend them! Thanks Nick and guys!!!

The sod work was excellent, they cleaned up everything from gravel in the street and yard to any trash or mess each night. For the Sod, they hand and shovel removed the old weeded areas without pesticides and made sure the earth was properly prepared with a layer of sod dirt before they laid it down. I highly recommend G and R if you want the work done properly and to last. Thank you Gairy and your whole polite and knowledgeable team.

Third job: (Last fall) paid for manual pulling/removal of Bermuda grass from garden beds, plus weed control and mulch. Emphasis on manual removal - explicitly was told they would pull all the Bermuda out manually to get all the roots out. Took a bit of chasing around to get them to actually get it on the books, and then when they did come they just buzzed everything with a string trimmed and sprayed weed killer over that. We agreed to still pay the full price on the condition that Gairy would send a team out in the spring once the Bermuda woke up and inevitably came through the mulch since it wasn't removed. He agreed, and we left it at that. Flash forward to this year and has completely ghosted us and been non-responsive. Even tried asking about having a bunch of other services added so that it wouldn't be a totally free trip, but still No luck. We finally gave up on any hope of getting the promised services, hired Mr. Outdoor Living, dropped like $4K on services with them instead and will be sticking with them next year when we do a sprinkler system and stone retaining walls.
