This is the worse agency to work with. They are very disrespectful to their workers. They don't answer their phones when you call even if you leave messages they do not return calls. They give you medical coverage when you go to the doctor to find out you are not covered. Its time to report this agency to the labor board. read more

This should be a zero rating. They have switched caregivers without notice. Disrespect to both clients and workers. Caremma is responsible for not telling me that the usual caregiver cannot be here and sends a substitute to my home without even telling me in advance. read more

If I could give no stars I would. If your thinking of working for the care agency run the other way and fast. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and just inattentive. I never spoke to any coordinator, they couldn't help me with my ADP and there the company. They didn't know anything about things I needed information on. The only time they care is when they need information. then they'll reach out to you. If you need help from them guess again. I had to learn everything on my own, from my clock in and out, timesheet codes ect .. horrible experience. I would never recommend!! Ever!! read more

Let me start by saying that I have read all of their 1-star reviews and these reviews could not be more on point and true...they all sum up my experience! This is the most unorganized company known to man! How can they be this unorganized and miss opportunities to communicate on behalf of vulnerable people that keep them in business. This business is poorly ran and this is no lie. My grandfather came home from the nursing home and boom!!!... the scrambling began. Every side, which were many various was late w/the exception of one. Unfortunately she arrived on the final day my grandfather had been approved to switch agencies on their azzes. Their vm says they pair / match make an aide to your loved one, not true at all. They sent him a permanent aide, in the beginning who was 1/3 my grandfather's size, she was timid and not a good fit based on what he needed. They do not prep their aides in advance so the aide knows the medical work up / care they will need to provide. Every aide showed up like a deer in headlights. How unfair to the aides! We had a few no shows and no effective replacement successfully secured by agency. Listen, this company knows they are operating by the seat of their pants. Everyone is disoriented and scrambling. This is not the agency you pair your loved one with when their life depends on it. You need a baby sitter for your loved one w/zero credentials and negative expectations, then shoot your shot! Don't say that the string of horrific reviews didn't warn you! This agency needs a state visit and corrective action plan and to be supervised. They are a liability not just to themselves but to their aides and clients they serve. Whose supervising the supervisors???! read more

The only reason why I stay with ultimate care is because of my aide that is assigned to my case. Every year when my aide takes her well deserved 3 weeks vacation this agency do not send a replacement aide, and to top things off they don't even call you to tell you that you will be screwed for the time my aide is on vacation. For the past 4 years it never feels when sick and vacation days come up ultimate care is basically saying turn around and bend over. They do not live up to the definition of ULTIMATE CARE. Just cancelled them. After arranging home care for my 96 year old mother in which a provider would start on Monday, they called on Friday to say they couldn't find someone to come over. They later called to say that they'd have someone there on Monday, but from 9am-12pm, not 10am-1pm which my mother required. They said that there would be another provider coming on Tuesday from 10am-1pm as contracted for. Monday morning my mother called to let me know that no one showed up and no one called. This is why I cancelled their service. What attracted me was there lower rates; but I guess this proves you get what you pay for. read more

Professional quality service and they truly care about their clients. The aides that take care of my step dad are very attentive to his daily needs. They are trustworthy and reliable. I don't recommend this agency to anyone. They are unprofessional the so called managers don't care about anything, you call to put in a complaint they offer you a call back and here we are two days later still no call back. They failed to pay their workers for all the hours worked and when you call they just pass you around and do nothing to resolve your concerns. I have my daughters case with them at this moment but will be looking for another agency to transfer to ASAP. You ask for a Director and they claim to have none. You ask for a Manager and their response is always the same , they are busy and will call you back. I've left plenty of messages for NATOYA the so called person in charge and she never calls me back and is never available to speak with. They seem to have caller id's and when they see you are calling and it's not someone they want to speak to they hang up on you. If this is how they treat their patients representatives I can only imagine the things they do to their elderly patients who have no one to vouch for them. The coordinator staff are unprofessional. They do not communicate in a timely manner unless you call them frequently. I went for a whole week without an aide because they assign aides with existing patients to work with you, not taking into consideration the time conflict, or the inconvenience to both the patient and the aide. When you discuss the issues with some coordinators, you can be placed on hold for extended periods of time or you get an attitude when you ask for answers or solutions to their scheduling problems. This agency does not seem to have make the patient the priority. Very unacceptable practices. read more

I don't understand how a company that is supposed to help people that have medical issues ignores people and their needs. Their website has a virus or something because I keep getting a notice that the website has issues. Here are a few Google reviews: 2017-04: The worst agency ever. I have no complaints about home attendant but the agency itself and their "coordinators". I tried to get in contact with Jessica, and left her multiple voicemails on different days without a response. The insurance social worker called her as well and was only led to her voicemail. After calling the agency and letting them know I need to speak to any coordinator before the end of the day, be receptionist says, "Jessica there's a call for you" and forwards me to her desk to only be greeted by her voicemail. I called 5 more times only to have the male receptionist answer and then hang up on me. I have NEVER dealt with more u professional people in my life. They are very quick to call to confirm that the home attendant arrives, but are never available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. I will be reporting them to whatever agencies I can, and if I can take our home attendant with us then we will be switching agencies immediately read more
