I can't speak for the entire hospital but the maternity ward / reception is scary. Frightening is a better word and if you're considering using they're service to bring a new life into this world proceed with caution. Try and get as much research done and don't be fooled into a drug free natural child birth the patient care here is primitive and outright dangerous on the mother and new born. Not all women are cut out to deliver the way cavemen did thousands of years ago and this place will allow you and your child to go the edge of potential life-threatening circumstances before considering a cesarean (you know the modern way). If you can avoid this place please do. Consider your child's life and give them a chance for a healthy life and don't come here. The maternity ward was disorganized, uses a paper system, allows far too many students to practice on women in labor and won't pay attention to women in labor unless they complain and are facing dangerous levels of fatal results on the child. The place was empty and they wanted to send a women in the mid stages of labor home if that says anything.
And to add insult to injury someone had the bright idea to select the buildings housing the maternity ward and recovery rooms face a large cemetery located across a small street (see photo below). Just what you want to see if you were lucky enough to survive the labor process. read more
