We researched the best company on Maui and came across Pacific Greens. I reached out to them for a quote because my husband and I really had no idea how much this would cost overall. We had done our research and knew that you can get turf from Home Depot and Lowes, we watched a couple DIY videos and thought perhaps we could pull it off but might as well get a quote to see the cost for this job. TJ responded almost immediately and came out to walk our property that same week and we had our quote in hand that night! He even said he could start the project a couple days later, by Maui standards we were shocked, nothing on island happens that fast! He explained to us the quality of work, the amount of prep work that needed to be done and the amount of rock that is laid down as a foundation before the turf gets put in. For our project it took over several tons to cover our work area. This project is not DIY! We are talking tractors, levels, sprinklers, digging, etc. The attention to detail is incredible. The way the turf is set into landscape rocks and pavers looks real! TJ has a VERY professional team that is hard working, kind and executes to perfection. The quality of turf looks real, we have fun trying to get our guests to guess if it's real or not. We couldn't have asked for a better company. This company is the best on the island. TJ even brought in extra gravel and leveled it for us at no additional cost and on his company's time. Nice doesn't even cut how to describe TJ and his team. We will be contacting them again to have the rest of our property done. I believe our pictures speak for themselves. We couldn't be happier!

I inquired on a Sunday about availability and was given a time slot the upcoming Friday to diagnose and assess the job. The owner, Thomas, gave me some good pointers over the phone about where I could purchase good quality parts at a reasonable price in situations where I either needed a quick fix or needed to save some money. Thomas showed up on Friday punctually and professionally. He has a van with a logo and a number on it that you can't miss. I actually saw it at Costco which led me to give him a try for this type of work. Thomas took a quick look at the jobs and noted what parts he would need and told me he'd be back on Monday morning to do the repair. He mentioned to me that he used to do landscaping as well but decided to focus his business completely on irrigation work. On Monday, he was a little late but gave me a heads up over text that he was running late and when he'd be there (just 30 minutes late). He arrived when he said and got to work quickly. Not much needed on my end. He did the work independently and let me know when it was completed. Just asked me at one point to show me which station another head was on that I asked him to look into adjusting. All and all he was in and out in 90 minutes. Works quickly and quietly. Hard working and professional. Sent me an invoice within 48 hours. Reasonable prices (for this job it was I believe $80/hr but the price may vary based on the type of job). My only concern was that I wasn't given a price up front for the work. Maybe he has them posted somewhere but it wasn't made immediately evident to me what I'd be paying. Thankfully it was a reasonable price and the work was done promptly. I would use Drip Maui again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in South Maui with a need for help with their home irrigation systems. He does great work and truly cares about the customer and their property.
