We went with a chicken and a beef durum that ran €9.50, which gave my Chase Sapphire Preferred card a much needed breather. I'm struggling to find adjectives that describe how good this soft flatbread was, and I'm rarely at a loss for words. The best I can come up with is "tangibly fresh." I preferred the beef to the chicken, as it almost melted in your mouth. So damn tender. Whenever anyone asks me for a Paris rec, Urfa Dürüm will be right near the top of my list.
