While walking around my truck to get my 5 month old baby out, the vehicle locked BY ITSELF. It's absolutely terrifying to have your screaming baby locked in a vehicle and not being able to get to him! In a absolute panic I called dispatch who then must have called Rudy's. They both showed up so quickly and Rudy got the truck unlocked in no time. When I asked how much I owed he said nothing. It was more important to him to get the baby out than receiving compensation. That really says something about a persons character. On top of that, he gave my son a cute little bear! I would recommend this company over and over and over again. Thanks you Rudy's. I really appreciate your kindness and service.
