We started off with a 3-meter Trainer Kite and at the end we were flying a kite 17-meter long! George - the instructor - gives very clear instructions and breaks everything down step for step. Most importantly the safety instructions, George puts such great emphasis on safety, so that nobody has to be scared to try kitesurfing. The second lesson we went out to Lake Weyba, and George had me up and going after a short while. It was awesome because I never thought I would pull it off in just two lessons! I will definitely be coming back for more lessons because it is really addicting! The shop itself has everything you need and more when it comes to kitesurfing and other adventure sports. They have stuff from kayaks, skateboards to SUP-boards. I also went for a stand up paddle a couple of times and got the equipment here. Again the instructions were very clear and made it very easy for me to learn. You should definitely check them out!

Upon asking why they didn't at least call yesterday and advise there was a chance of cancellation i received " it's our policy not to cancel the day prior in case we get an influx of bookings overnight" . Any form of comensation ? Was answered with "what do you want? $1000?" The most unprofessional company I have come across in a long time ! You should be ashamed Noosa River and Canal Cruises !

My family love that this park doesn't get the huge crowds of the bigger ride parks so you very rarely have to wait in line for longer than 5 minutes. You do have to realize that this is only a small place so there aren't a huge amount of rides, but there are certainly enough to keep a family entertained for the day. Plus you also have a little side show alley, a games room and mini putt golf. The gift shop has a lot to offer ( very Aussie themed naturally) and if you don't want to eat at the park ( hot dogs, nuggets, burgers, chips and salad rolls, ice creams etc ) you dont have to, you can pop next door to the Ettamogah Pub and have a meal or go to the bakery in the same little street. There are also other shops to look at ( fudge shop yum). The staff at Aussie World are always friendly too which makes for an even better experience and the park always looks clean.

The only complaint was that the bathroom didn't have a door so nothing was romantic in that department. However, it's not enough of a problem to take off a star. I truly loved this place!
