Bullies! I would never entrust my belongings to these two women with a bully attitude and no accountability for "their" made up rules and policies. Management does not care to hear your concerns and allow this to go on. I have been a paying customer for 4 years. Noone cares at this storage company. If you care about your belongings and your sanity, store your value somewhere else! They don't care, about you or your feelings regarding your stuff or you. read more

I decided a good word was needed for the nice people that maintain and run this storage unit. these gals are always accommodating and friendly. I honestly do not think you could find anyone who runs a tighter ship and with a smile on their face, not to mention it's hard to beat their prices. I never worried about anything, they have you covered AND INSURED! Just ask Jamie or Amanda and they are the most upbeat people. Have stored our 5th wheel there for a few years. Without notice (never received anything from them) they went into our account and subtracted 97.00 vs the 60.00 our contract specified!! When we contacted the local storage office manager she told us "corporate" had to deal with this issue. When we contacted Portland corporate office we were told they had the right to increase at any time and they would refund the 37.00. To date nothing. Shoddy way to do business and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We have since moved our 5th wheel and are now only paying 40.00 per month for the same service! Shame on you U-Store!! We will contact to haunt you until you make good on your promise and we will continue to pass the word around about shoddy treatment! read more

Went to the office just at the posted opening time. Waited about 5 minutes, office was still closed. A few minutes later, a woman drove up, parked and went into office - the door was still locked. Finally, about fifteen minutes after "opening" time, the door was unlocked. I asked the woman if they had any available spaces, or expected to have any soon. She said "Nothing". No ifs, ands or buts - just "nothing" and went back to the paperwork she was looking at. Just plain RUDE. read more
