They might of struggled with some staff and possible safety concerns in the past but have since hired good staff and put safety precautions in place that make me feel great about storing my items here. If you want to be threatened and feel like you are on 5he verge of sewing someone over and over...I…read moreactually called my old storage in Ashland and asked if their procedures were legal..they said no get out..They told me I could only have a late payment once a year...and when that $20 is paid it doesn't give you a few day grace period they want the payment he same day which negates the late fee which gives you that grace period to should. They also texted my phone over and over after normal business hours...late! Recently I had paid months ahead a couple days before my rent was due for the next,onto I luckily caught a threatening text that 5hey were going to sell my things in 48 hours! Thank goodness I caught it. I'm not always glued to my phone. I called upset panicking. Turns out I had a credit still and only owed half the rent for the upcoming rent. I have no idea why this business relationship has felt like I am in that movie deliverance backwoods storage style. I live in the Bay Area in CA and am now taking care of my Father-in-law and can't leave. David from Mini Storage Wearhouse stepped up to help me and allowed me to release ownership so I could stop having the burden of trying to remove the stuff and paying the monthly storage fee.
