Ich werde nie wieder bei JD Schuhe einkaufen und kann es auch niemandem empfehlen. Ein absolutes Desaster. Vor allem der Typ, der angeblich der Schichtleiter sich benimmt, hat null Ahnung total daneben. Schade für die JD Sports sollche Mitarbeiter dazu erstellen Nicht mal ein Sterne haben sie verdient. Very rude personell. I wanted to buy a voucher and stood at the catchier. Nobody payed attention to…read moreme. They were busy with one another. When I called them, one greeted me with "was bekommst du?". I answered and then started a whole discussion on how to do that. Seems like nobody knows there. After a few attempts in which they scratched a card that is supposed to be a gift, they managed to do that. I mean... I hope. Let's see if it works. I kept the receipt and hopefully there would be somebody to talk to if there's a problem. Needless to say that no one answered when I said goodbye.

This is just a small store. When you walk in your are hoping for more then what it is. The shop is…read morevery lightly and you can walk freely around without being scared that you're throwing closings on the floor by accidents just because you having a bag on you back. So that is absolutly a plus. There weren't that much customers so the 2 or 3 employees had has enough time to clean, to stand and look around and help the persons who want them to. I didn't buy anything so I can't tell how helpfull they are really are, but it did looks as they were friendly. If Cologne was closer to my hometown I would definatly come back here.
