I went to send off my husband's Christmas gift while on deployment in the front desk. Staff was so helpful as this was my first time shipping off a gift to a foreign country. They were nice and patient with me and explained the whole process even helped me fill out the paperwork and was able to get my package shipped off in about 15 minutes. Street Parking Available. Who wouldn't recommend the post office. Mr. Frank helped me mail my package off. I was going to purchase a roll of tape. Mr. Frank said no need Mam, I have some back here. Hot garbage. I know most people don't expect much from the USPS but this store is unbelievable. You'll go there, stand in line for God only knows how long, only to get to the cashier so they can tell you you should have written your addresses on a label. But guess what... there's not one single pen available to you whatsoever!! I'm sorry I forgot to bring my own butt. It shouldn't be too much to ask of you. I would have written the addresses down and been prepared long before I got to the cashier, if there was one iota of professionalism about this entire establishment. I get it, people steal pens. It's stinks, but I've worked at plenty of places where a pen was part of doing business, and you absolutely, without fail, must always provide people with a pen. With that out of the way, the whole store, reeked, there was trash everywhere, and the cashiers had a less than professional attitude. Horrible customer service from this carrier!! Raeford NC postal carrier. Yesterday, caught a carrier named Shani, on my doorbell camera tossing my packages down. Literally. Tossing them on porch. Running our small business, we have outgoing packages daily, and I had simply left a note in our outgoing package bin, asking for the carrier to scan in the packages and leave the bin. *Side note, we've had issues with packages not being scanned in, and customers asking about tracking not being accurate. Shani appeared annoyed by this, and we caught her on our doorbell camera, reading the note, tossing our packages, and then proceeded to make a comment "oh ain't that nice, we get instructions and everything" with a sarcastic tone. Shani then walked away, not scanning the packages, and took our bin. Horrible customer service. read more

Rural mail service is non existent., some of those who work part time do deliver the mail those who are regulars just leave a slip even though our road is a dirt road everyone else comes down the road. As far as the post office personnel themselves they are excellent very helpful only wish they could control their rural carriers so that I was not forced to collect my mail and packages daily. read more

This Post Office is terribly managed. The Postmaster is very unprofessional. They lose packages then marking them as delivered. When customer makes special trip to post office to locate a package they never received yet marked as delivered they get defensive. Govt employees not doing there job. Waste of taxpayers money!!! read more

I have never had any issues with this post office this is the best office I've ever dealt with. The people that are complaining don't understand how hard and difficult it is to deliver mail and can only speak from sitting inside their jobs doing easy work. this job is very stressful so take it easy on the workers people are dying doing this job!! read more

Very poor rural mail service. Never know what time mail will be delivered, and often mail is not delivered for days in a row! I had parcel mail to be delivered yesterday. Mail carrier it couldn't be delivered as there was no access to my home from the road (Johnson Mill Rd.). I have a paved driveway and they've delivered here often before. I can't get anyone from the postal service to explain why the carrier stated there was no access to my home! Again, the driveway is paved and has no problems! The parcels they were to deliver were for Christmas presents. I'm now told by the seller that the postal service is sending them back to the vendor. So, I won't have them for Christmas. These part-time carriers are terrible! read more
