I place my outgoing mail in my mailbox with the red flag up by 7:30 AM. It appears that if she does not have mail to deliver to my address, she does not bother to drive down my short street to pick up my outgoing mail. I am elderly, do not drive due to vision loss & have no way to get to the main Post Office on Hwy, 67 (Tallahassee St. ) On several occasions, I have received the mail of others. I will keep searching in order to find to whom I should file an official complaint, Today, for example, I spotted her delivery car on the other side of Tillie Miller Park. Why in the world she could not have gone less than a block to pick up my mail is a wonder. My mail consisted of bill payments that must go out. That woman makes good money for a job performance which is pitiful.

Once in a while though, well, I've had to go in and it's slower than molasses there. In fact, if I have an errand to run at the post office, if I am able to, I avoid going to this location. I've had never had an issue with them, and they're fortunately open on Saturdays, but I just don't understand how they typically have only one person working there and a turtle goes faster than said person.

We were told that the worker called in and cannot be there. So no passport service. They told us to come back on Monday between 9 and 4. We went back on Monday.
