It's 8 pm and I am calling the 800 number only to be disconnected two times, this is after being on hold for about 9 minutes each time. Imagine how frustrating it is to spend all that time on hold only to have it disconnect. Then when someone finally answered I mentioned the multiple disconnects and all I get is silence, no apology no nothing. I was calling on my wife's behalf as the bank had suspected some fraudulent activity and locked up her atm card. That issue was resolved but took way more time than necessary Reminds me of Bank Of America and makes me darn glad I bank with San Diego County Credit Union.

I'm sure they have many since they are located at the mall. I haven't had any particular issues here that are beneath the umbrella of Bank of America as a whole, so we're good. They have a drive thru ATM that I frequent often. They also have 2 standard walk-up ATM machines. Drivers be careful. Pedestrians are walking everywhere in this area as there are many public transportation routes nearby. They even walk up to the drive thru ATM machines due to the long lines at the walk-up ATM. Check all mirrors and blindspots.

I understand it was Christmas Eve and people wanted to go home. Unfortunately. This bank doesn't offer a lot of locations where it really limits the days I can go take care of things I cannot do online. I requested some money and needed to get some cash swap to larger bills, he seemed annoyed and said he might not have time. Not to go on much detailed but I wasn't asking for a transaction that was going to take him one hour to complete, it was a simple withdrawal and some 20's turn into 100's and he didn't want to do it? He ended up doing it and I was out in less than 10 min but didn't give me receipt so when I check the account I saw that the gave me the account number (I asked him for it as I didn't have it available) from the wrong account and I was at risk of overdraft. I ended up returning on 12/29/25 to speak with the manager to share my experience and to close the account. I asked him to provide some sort of receipt showing I closed the account and he said he could only do that the following day and that he would email me. I received the email that says an account was closed but as of today, a week later, I still have 2 out of the 3 accounts showing active on the app. I was very clear I wanted to close everything and terminate business with this bank. Obviously I'll have to go back again to deal with this as they don't care of the time of their guest.

I normally go to the one in Chula Vista but this is 9 minutes away from work. As soon as I walked in, there were two people in line in front of me. I literally waited maybe 10 minutes. The manager came out to apologize which I thought was nice. I only have an hour lunch. After 10 minutes, a lady finally came out to help. I'm thinking to myself "It's about time!" I'm normally patient but I have a time constraint of an hour. I finally got money and left. The cashier apologized to everyone in line. This location is much smaller than the one in Chula Vista. They still get 4 stars cause I have been banking with them for so long.

Go on the app, request the Cashiers Check then simply walk into the NFCU BRANCH of your choosing and just go to the front podium and they'll print it out from there." Ok, got it. Ive requested the cashiers check through the app 2x already and both times I walked in to pick up the check from the podium, the worker at the podium tells me to line up and that it's quicker to get the cashiers check from the teller. I go to the teller to get my check and they tell me the same thing. Go on the app and request it there, etc. what kind of circus are they running here on Dennery Location?!?! Comms here need to get fixed.
