I have never been delinquent, late, or even had any fees. My balances have always been several thousand more than the minimum required. They gave me 10 days to find a new bank and transfer all of my transactions! I have never heard of this happening then Google searched and sure enough, Chase is known for doing this!

The banker I constantly work with , Todd , went above and beyond to fix this for me and ensure it wouldn't happen again. The times my card had fraudulent charges I called Todd, he fixed it right away! Went out of the country, called Todd , he put alerts on my card right away. Lost a few cards to stolen wallets, Todd had a new card in my hand in less than a week. We're on a first name basis now with how often I have questions about the way an account, a card or a service works.
