There was virtually zero communicatiin during the time we sat at this guy's desk for 40 minutes and he did we know not what. We did follow up with the manager - he basically let us know that this is standard practice for them. We will move our accounts away from this failure of a bank branch as soon as we practically can.

DO NOT GO HERE OR BANK HERE.... This is the worst I have been treated since coming here to care for my 5 year old granddaughter while her mother is in the hospital. Shame on that staff. I called before coming and they said that they could notarize and did not mention ANY restrictions. I had to get a ride, and she dropped me and my granddaughter off and we had to walk home! I showed her my identification, she gave me the cash and I was on my way. We chatted a bit about the stained glass windows out front and up by the. Wiling. She explained they are from a local artist who has a shop in Cannon Beach. Centrally located on the walking path of the beautiful shops, boutiques, and restaurants and with their own private Parking lot and ATM on the porch, all of my needs were met. Over the years there have been some fabulous employees who inevitably left. My overall experience has been one of repeated failures and an indefensible lack of professionalism. Could be a function of Tillamook County's rather shallow labor pool. My feeling is it's not though, I think the branch is poorly run. Hopefully improvements are in the near future.

They told me to take it to a merchant and buy something for a buck and get change. She then instructed me on how to select denominations the next time. Based on this experience, there will be no next time for me. This was not the best customer service.
