He never treated me like a client, I made a friend. The friendship extended to the entire office. He did exactly what he said he would. Then 3 years ago my husband got hurt at work and we never thought twice on who to call. By this time Mike had taken on other partners in the firm. Keith, who handled the workers comp case and Lee who took care of the SSI. I don't know what others are talking about it taking so much time or so much hastle~~~both ended up settling much sooner than we ever expected. The entire firm works together, from the attorneys to the entire staff. I really think that is part of what makes this law firm the best ever. Debby & Jim Nealon

Ray did our taxes for us about a month ago and since then we have had three issues with the IRS,…read moreone being us needed to pay back over $3000 in our federal return because he did them wrong. The other issue was him putting our wrong address down which put us in a different township (for a man who has been in business so long that seems like a very elementary type of mistake), which changed up our tax information. Finally, we received another piece of mail from the state telling us we owed additional money because our state return wasn't done correctly. In other words, this man messed up our federal, state, and local returns. When I reached out to him regarding the issue, he basically put the blame on us even though he is the professional account. After emailing back-and-forth he did take blame for making a few mistakes but again, also put the blame on us. This man is irresponsible, unprofessional, and takes no responsibility for his actions. Simply put, STEER CLEAR.

The team took my case seriously from the beginning and ultimately secured approximately $350,000 in total settlements, including successfully obtaining the full $100,000 available under my underinsured motorist coverage after my insurance company initially refused to pay it. They also negotiated a significant reduction in medical repayment claims, which made a meaningful difference financially. Like many personal injury cases, the process sometimes moved slowly, particularly while waiting on insurance companies and outside parties during negotiations. However, I always felt that the firm was working in my best interest and advocating for the best possible outcome. Overall, I had a very positive experience with The Slocum Firm and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and persistent personal injury firm.

Both Matt and Arianne were personally involved in my matter, knew every detail of the case and worked tirelessly to obtain a very favorable resolution. I was very impressed with their familiarity and knowledge of some of the very technical medical terminology and procedures in my case. Working with them helped me through an unpleasant situation and helped me obtain an outcome I'm not sure I could have obtained with another law firm.

I can say enough good things about these guys…read more SJS does an absolutely amazing job! I've have them for over a year. ( I do commercial and residential construction work, new builds and realty.) They are everything you want in a service. They're professional, flexible, alway get things done by the deadline, time efficient, cutting edge, super kind and always using cool gadgets and awesome products to get the job done! They tailor the products to what I prefer, or the client; for example scent sensitivity, or pet safe etc. They've got great communication, they often are working in all temperatures / weather conditions but always dress professional. I've never had a complaint since I've started using them! comparing them to my own crew cleaning up after ourselves to SJS doing it- it's like DAY and NIGHT! I certainly reccomend them to anyone looking for commercial or residential cleaning they really do it all And do a great job at it. I'll never use a different company! The best part is If they can't do something, they'll let me know and recommend me to a service that they've already gotten a estimate from, so I don't have to stress and deal with the hassle of finding one my self and get quotes etc. The owner is fantastic she is very sweet, understanding, and fair. SJS is local but always willing to travel to my job sites even if it's a hour away or more! SJS really does think about all the little things that are often overlooked, but make a huge difference In the end. I can't thank you guys enough. I sincerely look forward to working in our future years together. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the great work guys! Happy New Year! -Nikolai H.
