When the pictures came back the quality of the shots were spotty. Some of them were fine but head shots of me were in particular very amateurish in appearance. I have taken better pictures with my cell phone. We called to have the pictures retaken and were told it would cost another $50 in addition to the $450 already paid. The $450 did not include anything but digital images. We went to a different location and repeated the photos with the same disappointing result. I then received an email from Ms. Brent that basically blamed me for the poor photos. It was unprofessional. Her work is marginal.
