I was excited to pay a visit and when I did on August 16, I must say I was so floored at all the great buys and excellent quality the items there were. My first visit I fell in love with the owner, Ms. Dorian. She is the absolute best! If you are looking for something, she will do everything to find it for you. I have been here several times. My friend had an open house to get the word out about the business. We had big fun there. My friend was a personal fashion consultant and helped many ladies find cute items as well as having the skill of putting together full outfits. I have bought things from tops, bottoms, jackets, skirts, jumpsuits, dresses, jewelry and even a laptop briefcase. I really love that she has a great selection of African styled clothing there. Items are very reasonably priced. Dorian has great sales from everything you can fit in a bag to $5 holla specials. Make sure you check her Instagram page and sign up for notifications to find the latest sales she has going on. The selection was minimal, practically empty. I wanted to buy some charger plates, there was a man by the fitting room looking like he would tackle you and a weird lady walking around made me very nervous. The value of items was Ross expected. I'm leaving out because I put the charger plates back and the security looks at you in a way that makes me feel that I will never stop at. this location again. Just close the store if you have to subject people to this type of scrutiny. Very disappointed.

You get the occasional great find like a pair of DKNY jeans or Calvin Klein dress for virtually nothing but you have to sort through a whole lot of junk to do it. If you just want cheap stuff even cheaper, Ross can be useful. My issue with this particular Ross is the odd ratio of security to actual sales staff. I have twice had to put things down and walk out because there was only one cashier to ring up purchases, a long line, and three security guards standing around the front of the store staring. That gets on my nerves because while Ross as a chain seems freakishly preoccupied with theft prevention (God only knows why as they sell very little worth stealing), that kind of egregious nonsense seems to only be reserved for certain communities.

I paid for it. before I even left the store while I was trying to put it on my wrist it broke. the arms literally crumbled at the hinge. Said they can't give me my money back and if I wanna find something else in the store I can, but if I wanted to find something else in the store, I would've brought it up to the register with me. Plus, I didn't have time to dig around that store looking for something I didn't really want nor could they give me an I owe you or a gift card or something for a later date. So I ended up just giving them my money and leaving because that was my option. Robbery.
