After a…read morefew minutes the pharmacist opened the front door to let the delivery man out, then closed the door again totally ignoring me and other customers waiting outside. No apology for being late, no information on how long it was going to take before she's ready to open, nothing! After spending another 15 min waiting I gave up and went back home not wanting to waste any more time on them. It was the last time I left my prescription there or bought anything from them. Zero respect for customers and their time.

This is especially frustrating when one has young children as there are plenty of things on display that they might want to fiddle with! If they could only put out a few toys or have a dedicated waiting area for kids The actual pharmacists seem to be knowledgeable and helpful, but all in all the slowness of the service would cause me to hesitate in recommending this practice.

This is a great independently owned pharmacy that opened underneath the Radius flats not long after…read morethey were built I presume to cater for patients of the walk in centre. But it so much more than a pharmacy in here. God that sounded cheesy but trust me. This is a really fun place to shop for health supplements, toiletries and accessories. The space is really modern and well laid out and the staff are mega friendly. In terms of the health aspect (yawn I know but gotta talk about it no matter how much its horrible to think about various reasons you need to be here), there are now more consultation and treatment rooms. Compared to their old location in the "tin hut" in the OLOG car park, it is positively state of the art - indeed this is how they boast about it.

The store is very narrow in most areas, especially the doorways and aisles and the selection is again limited. The overall shopping experience just seemed uncomfortable. 2* - I really don't see the need for this store with a much larger location around the corner, especially with two stores in such a small town, the Pharmacy is useful and deserving of an extra star. It would make more sense if they put the Pharmacy in their other location, but maybe it isn't logistical for them.

I've been a few times for various bits and bobs over the years - mainly relating to sports injuries or sickness as you'd expect with a Pharmacy - and most visits have been on days when every other bloody Pharmacy or shop is closed, so you can see Nash Pharmacy is an absolute saviour! Price wise you're talking about average, nothing is really expensive or something you could get elsewhere cheaper but again you won't be saving loads by opting for Nash instead of someone else. Choice wise - brilliant. It's a fairly large Pharmacy you have your standard stuff for colds and flus but then also a pretty well stocked section for bandages/supports and other injury style treatments. I needed this type of product on my most reason visit - on Easter Sunday - after suffering a hamstring injury the day before and the lady on duty was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to find me the right type of support and treatments that would be get me back playing sooner but what I like the most is she actually recommended products less expensive that their higher end stuff - that's customer service above profit and I love that!
