I went in with a specific eye issue I am experiencing and after spending 25 minutes with me, he stopped the eye examination and very politely informed me that he could not treat me for the issue I had and did not want to continue on with the exam and waste my time (which was after going through some eye tests and determining what my exact problem was). He was also beyond generous to not charge my insurance for the appointment, even though I took up his very valuable time. He even referred me to a specialist that can properly treat / monitor my condition. I have had bad experiences in the past with doctors, dentists, etc that "treat" you for something just so they can get paid. It is very rare to find someone in this field that you can trust, that is truly honest and looking out for your best interests and Dr. Gresham definitely has these qualities. You can tell he cares about his patients and their well-being and that is personally all I can ever ask for in a doctor. Although he couldn't help me today with my issue, I will not only be back for my annual eye exams but referring family members / friends as well.

Over the past few years I've had a very effective care team for my eyes, an M.D. ophthalmologist retina specialist in Miami and a local optometrist. From just one visit I'm pretty sure that Dr. LeSage will be the O.D. for me. He wrote a prescription for me for glasses, one pair for reading and another for distance vision. The prices for glasses at Doctors Eyecare seems to be very competitive with every other place i've purchased them. Another good reason for me to continue with Dr. LeSage. (Thats there slogan) So I came in with a coupon in the mail that offered 60% both lenses AND frames. Very helpful. I will say however that there selections of glasses are slim if you will. I was able to find a pair that just seemed right. (Hence the 4 star instead of 5) Now..the lack of glasses is made up for the hospitality that was given...Explained: I was talking w/ Alain trying to decide if anti glare or transitions were more important..as 1 is more expensive than the other. I decided anti glare is more important. So I said let's go with that. Mike takes the tablet and says...you know what I'll give you a discount on the transitions as well because I don't want you to be scratching up your glasses by putting your normal sunglasses over them. To give you perspective: $297 became $243. The original price was roughly $600..but again..thanks to the 60% off deal. Otherwise they do have a bogo deal. At the end of the day..I was helped and it was very much appreciated.

My appointment was at 8:45 and I was out of there by 9:30 and that was for a routine eye exam. He's very precise into the point, but he does also have good bedside manner without the bed, which is rare more and more these days.

Tried to buy new glasses, but my optometrist said that I had cataracts, and needed to have them…read moretaken care of. Nuts. I'm not that old (61.) After a lot of investigating, I settled on Dr. Quigley's office. I didn't have vision coverage on my medical insurance and I'm not old enough for Medicare, so the staff worked with me to make sure that I got the best deal that I could get. Financing options were offered, but I didn't need them. I got the best replacement lenses that they offered, and the cost was just north of ten grand, total. Sounds like a lot, but the glasses I've been wearing my entire life were expensive, too. I was told that I might need glasses for reading afterward, but other than that, my vision would be good. The process was pretty straightforward. They did each eye three weeks apart, and I had special eyedrops (included in my cost) that I had to use for three weeks. Dr. Quigley himself did the surgery, although I don't remember anything. I had new lenses implanted and my astigmatism repaired by laser at the same time. My eyes itched for a day or so after (don't rub!) but there wasn't much pain at all. There was no charge for the two follow-up visits after each eye - everything was included in my initial cost. That was nice. So, it's been three months now, and I can say that I'm quite satisfied. I can read menus at the restaurant, and my distance vision is 20/20 in one eye, 20/25 in the other. For the first time since fourth grade, I don't have to wear glasses, and I can buy all the stylish shades that I could never think of wearing before. I can't see tiny things like my nearsighted vision used to, but Walmart readers take care of that. I did receive a couple of bills in the mail that I shouldn't have by mistake, but one phone call to their office got them taken care of and an apology for their mess-up. Everybody I talked to at Dr. Quigley's office seemed genuinely concerned for my welfare and I don't believe that I could have been treated better. I would happily pick them again, and recommend them to anyone.

They tried to tell us that they called and left a message on the cell phone but there was no messages. The place was packed and they overbooked their appointments. I would not recommend.
