We have been renting out our home for the last 2 years and having the 3D video has increased our activity on VRBO and renters have mentioned how helpful the video has been to them in viewing our home and the property. Zane was extremely responsive to our needs and really understood what we were trying to accomplish by dong this video. ZeeBee 360 provided prompt service with high-quality images and video for our 3D Virtual Tour. The tour was smooth and seamless giving our prospective vacation renters a much better feeling of the space of our property. I highly recommend using the 3D virtual tour services from ZeeBee 360. Whether you are planning on selling a home, renting out a vacation home, or trying to show off your property, using ZeeBee to help promote your property is a good investment. Freddi

The purpose of the photos are to advertise our vacation rental and will be posted on our updated website: http://wwwSeaRanchAbaloneBay.com to be launched by end of this week. After researching and studying many photographers in the area, we selected Bart for his ability to not only capture the structure of a home, but also its soul. I knew Bart would be the best person for our Sea Ranch Abalone Bay Vacation Rental when I discovered he is also a nature, travel, and adventure photographer. Bart was open to my very detailed, specific and rather long wish list of photos, angles and lighting (morning, dusk and starry night). My understanding this was his first photo shoot of a vacation rental. I am certain it won't be his last. I continually receive requests from other vacation rental owners to share his contact information. Our working process included emailing and discussing my concepts with him by phone. Due to unforseen circumstances, Bart was not able to have his assistant with him on the shoot. So all was set and staged by Bart as well. Because the shoot was very extensive and far away from his office, it was necessary to have him stay at our home for the weekend. We will expect to be updating our home next year and will definitely call on Bart to do those photos as well.

HIRE NICK!! YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY!…read more READ ON --------- I hired Nick to photograph a party celebrating a gentleman's 90th birthday. I had asked two wedding photogs in the Ojai area to do the photos, but they turned me down saying there was not enough $ in it for them if they couldn't sell an album, etc. I had seen some of Nicks pix on the web and called him. We talked about what I expected, his equipment, etc. So, never having met Nick I sent him a deposit for a Sunday shoot. He took about 350 pix with one of the best cameras available today and all but five or six were perfect. I told Nick that I wanted pix of every person at the party , and lots of "area"shots - -like the food (catered), groups chatting etc. Nick was perfect for my job - -fair prices, super cooperative, came on time and didn't leave until everything had been "covered". I am a pretty good photog myself, but could not have done a more thorough job in that venue. Hire Nick - -you will be happy with him and his work. rds

I highly recommend Aaron Jackson…read more My husband and I recently contacted Aaron for repairs on the exterior of our house. This included wood rot repair and painting of siding, and replacement of an elevated balcony located off the master bedroom. Aaron had done major renovations for us in the recent past including a new master bathroom, fireplace installation, garage and loft repair, and landscape work with an fence installation. As with previous experiences, Aaron and his team worked in a very professional manner with attention to detail. He is very reliable, and very easy to communicate with. Also, he makes sure the project is cleaned up as much as possible at the end of every day. The best!

I was planning a destination wedding and didn't have a clue as to who I should choose as a photographer. I feel that my husband I were so lucky to find her. From our first phone conversation, she was very friendly, warm and fun to talk to. We were having an intimate backyard wedding and wanted a photographer who could capture the moments not make it a photo production. She offered us a package that met our needs as well as our budget. So when she and her husband (he assists her) arrived before the wedding, we met and felt instantly comfortable with them. Besides when we were posing for pictures, we didn't even know they were there. But the images she captured were amazing! If I'm ever in Northern California again, I would love to do a photo session with her again. So if you are looking for a photographer, I highly recommend her!!!

She was one of the reasons why our wedding experience was perfect. Other than senior portraits, we had never had a photo shoot. We were nervous and awkward going in but coming out of our engagement shoot we were ready to be on the cover of Vogue ;) Summer had us laughing the entire time, posing in creative (comfortable) ways and we weren't disappointed in a single photo from our engagement shoot. Our wedding was equally incredible of an experience. Timing is everything during the wedding day. Never did I feel rushed or stressed. Summer remained calm but was also so assertive and time conscientious. My husband and I even had 45 minutes left of cocktail hour because she was so efficient with timing during family portraits. She also took the time to steal us away for about 20 minutes because the lighting at sunset is the best. She knew about 1 YEAR prior to our wedding that the sun would be going down at about 8:03pm! This ended up being a wonderful and intimate moment for me and my husband. We escaped from our guests for a brief amount of time while Summer captured some of our best photos. Aaaaah, I wish I could live that day over and over again. Thanks Summer!
