She didn't get the attendants name and because of masks and the snow suits the attendants were wearing she couldn't describe him: "I went to get gas and washer fluid. It was like the guy working was afraid to be under the hood. He just stared at it. Then he comes up to me and says he can't put it in because the car is running. Washer fluid is ok to put in when it's running but whatever I turned it off. Then he comes back to me and says he can't get it in because the wind is blowing it everywhere. Ok.... He's a complete d*** this whole time. So anyway I told him I would buy a funnel and he's like "f***ing women can't do anything themselves" " This is part of his job. Women are capable of refilling washer fluid but it is a service that is offered when filling up. I hope that this is not a regular occurrence at this station.
