Base is huge! Could not eat it. My brisket was dry and tough!!! Niece says her OG was good but it was missing something which she just put down to "pfffft" in her words. The pulled pork was ok but the jalapeño could've done without. Cheeseburger.. just ate the patty cheese and part of the top. Overall our experience was lack lustre... WIR? Nah better burgers elsewhere!!!

The cafe also serves some really nice wraps and paninis too for lunch or a hearty breakfast along with a few bagel selections as well as standard hot brekafasts of eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Coffee and chai is pretty good. The staff are really friendly and service is prompt although it does get very busy so sometimes the wait times blow out a bit. The reason why: it's the ONLY cafe in the entire Springvale Homemaker Centre!!! Apart from the cafe within Ikea, this is the only place that serves usual tasty cafe fare that's open for breakfast and lunch time. This unfortunately reflects in the pricing- it's a little on the higher side of standard cafe pricing. Perhaps this is also due to the lack of cafe competition but also hey, the quality of ingredients used is pretty good too. I'd still say, drop in for a coffee and cake whilst you decide on the next sofa or dining table. Because the food is good and the atmosphere is casual, clean and comfortable; really this place deserves 3 1/2 stars but due to lack of competition to set it apart (Ikea cafe is NOT on the same level as the offerings are different) it's a bit hard to rate it against another cafe. On nice days, do sit outside on the patio!

I only came here on my way from my hotel room to Keysborough. Looking at Keysborough on the map I was fairly certain this was last chance saloon for a decent coffee. Greeted at the door by a smiling face, counter staff call you by name, hipster decor, this is the place for me. Coffee service isn't quick but I assume they're just taking extra care so that's ok. If I worked in this particular business park in this particular part of Melbourne, I'd be pretty happy to be the captive audience of this place.

Located at the bottom of a new corporate building, Little Collins takes advantage of a very long space with outside seating available. They have mouth watering food sitting in the windows with a nice range of options in the menu. The coffee is excellent, the food is what you expect to find in the city and the service is 5 stars every time. We both ordered the corn fritters which were served with a home made chilli jam and scrambled eggs were delicate and gently folded. Upon finishing our meal our needs were anticipated with a glass of water and a smile.
