I would like to take a moment to share my experience at Two Rivers in Corning and shed light on my disappointment with the church's constant request for money and the rude behavior exhibited by some of its members. Firstly, my main concern lies with the church's incessant requests for money. It often feels as though the primary focus of the church is financial gain rather than spiritual growth and community support. The constant pressure to donate, tithe, and contribute to various funds becomes overwhelming and leaves little room for genuine connection and worship. Additionally, the behavior of some church members has left a lasting negative impression. I have encountered individuals who are dismissive, judgmental, and downright rude. This kind of behavior contradicts the very essence of what a church community should be - a place of love, acceptance, and support. It is disheartening to witness the church's priorities seemingly shift away from fostering a welcoming environment for all. Instead, it appears to prioritize financial gain and overlook the importance of treating others with kindness and respect. While I understand that churches require financial support to sustain their operations, it is crucial to strike a balance between financial needs and the well-being of the congregation.
