If only we had used them the first time! From the moment we called for an estimate, we were treated like valued customers and made to feel like we were a priority. One of the owners came out with color samples and helped us coordinate house color, shutters, and door colors. She wrote up the contract and we were excited and then changed our mind about the colors. She offered more suggestions and made us feel like we weren't the high-maintenance burden that we are! Today the paint job was completed and we couldn't be happier. These painters are, without a doubt, the most professional and detail-oriented painters to ever touch our house. They removed outdoor lights, hose holders, house numbers... we acted surprised that they do all this, and they acted surprised that we were surprised. It's all party of the quality care they give to the job. No one has ever removed things to paint under/behind and we were able to see our previous colors. This company cares! Here we sit in a brand new-looking house that was perfectly painted by a company we highly recommend and are 100% pleased with. Thank you to Mike and Tami and the entire crew. They reassured…read moreme that they would have no problem making the repair area invisible to the naked eye First of all, the two that came out during the project to oversea it and the workers were very arrogant. Every time I questioned them they wouldn't give me a solution or valid answer. Two examples are... when asked why they changed their minds and skim coating a spot which i told them right from the start that the only skim coating i wanted was the texture. When I questioned Ryan about that, he only repeated that it is the right thing to do and the other gentleman said I paid them for a job and they didn't have to tell me how they would do it. The second example, certainly not the last, was hearing Ryan on my video camera bad mouthing my wife. I have attached a few pics that show the differences between the old and new textured areas. It may be tough to see in the pics. But I could tell when I zoomed in. I told Ryan and the guy who was doing the skim coating that the texture was too high. Ryan simply stated " have you worked with concrete before?" . I simply would never have them do any work for me. They are not trustworthy, arrogant and their work is terrible.
