After more than three weeks and multiple promised dates missed, the refund still wasn't processed and I wasn't provided any transaction confirmation/receipt. I understand issues happen, but missed commitments and lack of verification made this far harder than it should have been. I would be cautious booking unless you're fully comfortable with the iffy refund terms and the risk of having to escalate to your card company.

I had to drive 20 minutes back to home to get ready and arrived at my event later than planned, I was told we could use the pool area, so I bought table cloths and decorated the pool area tables, and then, the light was turned off during my event so people would not go outside and would not want to in the dark. I was told the bartender would be included, luckily I had the text that I showed the owner because that was forgotten as well. The bartender was not rude, but was very dry in attitude like he didn't want to be there.... Never met a bartender that didn't have a great personality. Isn't that how you make tips??
