She came to meet us and was sooooo reassuring and stayed so cool, calm and collected while assessing the "situation!" She spent well over 15 hours over 2 days time cleaning that mess while we left for Georgia. When we returned--what an amazing transformation!! We were sooo very pleased, the place was sparking clean! Not only is she reliable and efficient, she is the nicest sweetest person you would ever want to know. About a month or so later, my husband needed help hanging some mounts. These are GINORMOUS buffalo and elk like you wouldn't believe. He called ROB and he was there the very next day and they got the job done in no time. Like his wife, he is ALSO the nicest person you would ever want to meet, and my husband really enjoyed talking to him as well as having a great appreciation for his work ethic and ability to do many things! It's also worth noting, they won't break the bank and rates are VERY reasonable. We will be call them again in the future! I paid $250 for an inspection, and I was very disappointed to find out that the inspection consisted of walking around the exterior of my home. The inside of the house, garage, attic, and lanai were not inspected. After the inspection, I called and spoke with a manager because I was surprised that the inside had not been inspected. I was told that I needed to specifically request that the inside be inspected. That is not something I would have expected to have to request when paying for an inspection. I also had a small ant issue near a water spigot. When I asked the technician if he could take a quick look at it, I was told, "No, I can't look at it. That's not part of the inspection." After 33 years of doing business with this company, I found that response very disappointing. I wasn't asking for extensive additional work--I simply hoped someone would take a moment to look at a small pest issue. My husband and I have recently lost both sets of our parents and have taken on several rental properties. We were actually hoping to simplify things by putting all of our properties under one termite and pest-control company. Unfortunately, after this experience, it will not be Bug-Guard. What disappointed me almost as much as the inspection itself was the way my concerns were handled.
