The tree removal itself was excellent, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. Despite taking my money for the stump grinding, the work has never been completed. I've made repeated attempts to contact them, but my calls have been completely ignored. At this point, it's clear they have no intention of honoring the agreement or even providing the courtesy of a response. Now I'm forced to pay someone else to finish a job I already paid this company to do. If you can't complete the work you were hired and paid to perform, you shouldn't be taking customers' money in the first place. I no longer want excuses--I want my $500 refunded so I can hire a company that actually follows through on its commitments.
