I talked to her a week in advance about a specific color and style I wanted, I went first thing in the morning Thursday ( Dec. 30th) and was there 4 hours and my hair was absolutely botched! It was nothing like what we had originally planned and talked about. I was supposed to have a blonde halo around my hair and the rest was supposed to be a dark brown/red color. I left with 4 shades of purple!!!!! She over did the bleach on my hair so I have hair loss on the sides of my head by my ears and my hair was so damaged the new stylist couldn't even brush it! My hair was like spaghetti noodles and got worse every time we tried to brush it. I had to cut 12" off my hair due to over bleaching!!!!
