At that time when she started, she was 4.5 months old. I was scared at first due to COVID, but quickly noticed that they were taking great precautions. I felt safe knowing she was in good hands. Since January, I am truly impressed with the outstanding care she is receiving from Miss Lorie and Miss Angela. The teachers keep me up to date with how she is doing developmentally all the time. I introduced the sippy cup recently, and the teachers were very happy to continue to help her practice using it while at school. They figured out a nap and feeding schedule that I can adhere to on the weekends. Everyone has been very responsive to my questions, and get back to me in a timely manner. My daughter comes home clean every day. I am very impressed that everyone knows my husband and I by name. I see how everyone interacts with my daughter and it warms my heart. I feel comfortable leaving her here knowing she is going to be well cared for. Not to mention, they still do a lot of activities with families after school despite COVID. Right near Valentines's Day, they had a Sweetheart Dance that we attended on Zoom. It was so nice to see families dancing, singing, and listening to stories. I am so happy to have chosen this school for my little one. They have become my second family. If you are considering sending your little one to daycare, please consider this school. As an anxious parent, I was nervous to send her anywhere, but Cadence has completely put my mind at ease. They keep me updated throughout the day with diaper changes, meals, any concerns, and even photos of what they did. It's wonderful to see how cared for and happy she is every day.

(Little after the Thayer/Hope Split- parking is on the street, so not great, but always find a spot) 2: great staff: even as technical co-employees, I had never been to the site prior to needing childcare, I had just met the director. But being there as a mom, it doesn't matter if we work for the same org or not, I want a great, safe, caring place for my kid- which this place is at every turn. I've been a Y girl for 14+ years all around New England, so I knew there were good odds, that's what we do, but not everywhere is great honestly. She is 19 months and benefits from the socialization with the other children. I first found out about Priceless Moments by chance while driving around familiarizing myself with the area (we had just moved into town). I'll be honest, from the outside I was unsure but I am so happy I called and made that appointment to meet Ms. Isa and see the facility. Though the facility is small, only having around 30+ children in the whole school from infants - preschool, you immediately get that loving feeling from ALL of the teachers. Your child is not just another number, and you are not just another paycheck. Your child is welcomed with open arms, loved, challenged to push themselves, introduced to music, art, books, friends, etc... I could go on and on, but I think you get the gist. Priceless Moments is the best of both worlds, it is a small school so it still has that intimacy of an at-home daycare, while also making sure your child stays on target with milestones and preparing them for Kindergarten. My daughter started attending Priceless Moments full time at just three months old, and both my husband and I are beyond thrilled with how much she has learned academically, socially & personally, through the safe loving environment Ms. Isa and all her staff continuously uphold. In all honesty, I could go on and on and about so many different things, but ultimately where you decide to put your child is up to you. I followed the guidelines before and I will in this post. I just would like parents and future staff know that this preschool is under investigation with the EEC (I also know this because I was the one who called. I am a past employee). They do not follow protocol call when having teachers certified. Your child will be in a classroom with staff who are not CPR\first Aid trained or teacher certified. They had two covid cases when I was working there and did not tell the staff. Until the word was spreading to the staff. They did not inform all the parents, since some of the teachers floated around the building who were in contact with other kids. You think they shut down for a day or two to do a deep cleaning. But they did not. They started to tell parents a bug was going around, when kids were being sent home with high fevers. Which we don't know the truth since they had two covid cases that week. I just hope one day this preschool takes things more seriously. All they worry about is having enough staff to cover a classroom even if you will be out of ratio. On my last day I had 23 kids in one small classroom. All aging from toddlers, preschool and pre-K . Just think how crazy that was for me. Mind you the classroom was set up for preschoolers , so there was some toys in there that toddlers could of chocked on. I just want parents and staff to know the truth. I hope this one does not get taken down, because then I was told I had to call the headquarters for them to investigate why and why it keeps saying I did not follow the guidelines. When I did and I reread them before this post. I just hope for change because it definitely could be a nice place to work at. Just needs better owners, who care for the children and not the money.
