First experience with them... we ordered online and decided to wait in the parking lot to receive the message that our food was ready. We just wanted to pick up and head home because we were waiting on some news regarding our daughter and didn't need to be in a restaurant if a phone call came in. Anyway, we never received a message that the food was ready so finally we went inside and it had been sitting there for probably 20-30minutes... So, we got cold food but figure we have a microwave so we'll just go home. We go home and the order is wrong for my husband and they didn't put chips in that were supposed to come with my meal. We went here for the Women's basketball championship game and Alize was out waitress, she was very attentive to our needs even though she had a lot of tables. She was very classy and very polite, she held a conversation with us about the game and made it feel as if we were talking to a friend of you do go definitely ask for her section you won't be disappointed. The manager was also very nice, he came to our table and also discussed sports with us and made sure everything was up to standard and the little problem we did have he corrected very quickly. I would give this restaurant more than 5 stars if I could, I would be hre every day if possible but I am not rich. read more

My husband and I placed a to-go order to be delivered to a hotel. I ordered a house salad with tomatoes, cilantro, croutons and honey mustard dressing. I received a salad WITHOUT cilantro, croutons and honey mustard dressing. Also, no silverware or napkins. I called and spoke to the manager who told me I should've requested silverware by asking for it in the box labeled "Add Instructions". Really? He also told me that no driver would deliver the salad dressing. He said he would try to give me a discount. I asked if would just write it off since it really wasn't what I ordered. We went to twin peaks at 9:20. The waitress gave us the special menu that didn't start until 10. Said it was close enough. OUR waitress came. I pointed to 2 of the things we wanted from the menu given and we got them. Bill came and they were full price because they were ordered before 10. Manager would even discuss it. One of the best bars I've ever been to! Came in the other night and Jenna was fantastic! Drop dead gorgeous and was the funniest waitress we've ever had. Stopped by on a long trip but if we ever pass this way again, we'll for sure be coming back to see that bombshell food and beer tasted great and came out quickly. I recommend you do not show your patronage to this restaurant due to poor service. I have experienced poor service 3 weeks ago by a waitress but we decided to give this restaurant another chance tonight due to quality of food. We have worked in the restaurant and bars in the past and know some folks have bad nights. We sat ourselves at the bar because typically bartenders are the best servers, not at this location. Our order was incorrect and I never received the beer I had ordered, my wife had to ask waitress to get a beer for a patron at the bar. My wife didn't want to wait to reorder due to length it took to receive the food, which each entree came out separately by the way. Not once were we asked if we were OK thru the experience, nor were we asked if the food was correct, and nor I or my wife were asked for another drink while our glasses were empty for 11 minutes before the entrees arrived. Is this company not trying to make a profit? I will forward this review to Mr. Hummel along with the specifics of the experience and copy of the receipt so that he understands the lack of training and management oversight at this location. Stopped on way from Colorado to Dallas. Must be the only 'club' in Amarillo. Music so loud you can hear the bass in the parking lot. So loud inside you can't have a conversation nor can the waitresses hear you. The hostess was more concerned to raz the what I assume is the manager about playing her music. He switched it and she wanted it louder, he said no and her response was 'what are you afraid we are going to get some dick?' Went in last night for one drink. We sat at the bar. One bartender was eating a full meal behind the bar the entire time we were there, another bartender just stood talking to some customers while the third bartender was making all the drinks. Another health issue was that the ice scoop was always thrown back into the ice bin and hands that just cleared an area of dirty plates, silverware and glasses would reach in and grab it and throw it back in again! read more

We waited to visit this Twin Peaks after the newness wore off. Wish now we had waited even longer. Overall experience was dismal. Girl who waited on us was slow to return, we had a party of 13 and the food all came out at different times even though we ordered together. The food was all pub style, basic recipes but the execution was a failure. my chicken breast was swimming in black beans and corn relish stuff and when I dug it out it was a hard, dry partial breast of grilled chicken. Bleh. The broccoli was water logged and the fries like cafeteria style from elementary school. I ordered potatoes but my son had those and they weren't any better. The beer was fine and the drinks, but other than that the food was lack luster, flavorless, swimming in sauce, frozen style fare. we basically picked at it and finished our drinks and left. We we're told that the fried pickles we ordered were free for my husband's birthday but we got charged anyway. Took forever to get the waitresses attention so we just paid the tab and left. What a wonderful experience all the girls were so nice and attentive. We had ari as our waitress and she made my daughters 23rd birthday so amazing her service was superior. Her attention to detail as simple as noticing certain sauces and what would be great with them was spot on. I would highly recommend this new spot in town. And would ask for ari for making the night amazing.but can't go wrong with any waitress. I've been a regular patron of Twin Peaks in Amarillo for about 6 months frequently attending at least once a week. On this date (10/05/2022), I have received the worst service yet. Most of the normal staff was not working with the exception of Sienna. Today, they had a new face I didn't recognize named Shelbie. She spent the majority of her time texting on her cellphone. After serving my order, I waited 14 minutes before Sienna asked if needed silverware. By that time, my food was cold! I hope management notices this review and makes the necessary adjustments to correct the problem. I'm not certain if they were short handed this date but they need to bring back Naisha, Akemi, and/or YaYa if possible...PLEASE!!! I MISS THEM!!! read more
