over the years of living in Twin City Estates in Mandan, ND I have seen managers come and go with the management going from good to worst they don't do nothing in the trailer park to make it safe for all got so many Drug Dealers in the court that management just ignores and they look away while it's going on plus there are kids playing games riding around there bikes having fun but nearly getting hit by a car cause they don't stop at stop signs they fly through doing 40 mph in a 15 mph area your finding needles all over thefts and guns lying in the playground and there are these new owners in Twin City Estates now that are here only for themselves at the office there is a place that is supposed to be used for the people to rent for birthdays parties / holiday parties & family gatherings and it's supposed to be a storm shelter but since under new management the new management is turning it into a home for themselves and the real owners are allowing it all to happen if there's a tornado where are the people supposed to go to be safe cause now there is no longer a storm shelter and they spray painted the doors and windows black on the building. read more
