There needs to be negative stars. Called for a ride told 35-40 min. 2 1/2 hrs later still no taxi.

Awesome service never had a problem with this cab company. Prices are cheaper than Uber or lift in the area

I had the worst ride of my life with this "service". A disgustingly dirty car interior with cracked windshield. No help at all getting my bags in and out of the car and they didn't have a receipt so I ended up with a scribbled receipt on a torn piece of paper. They charged me $20 (no meter) to go 6 miles. Smelly, filthy and a ripoff. They can do this cause they're one of two taxis in the area. read more

I will never recommend Twin City Cab to anyone! I needed a ride to work and back today- roughly one mile each way. I know only one mile- but that's on me- and hoping I could spare my arthritis knees. Lesson learned He picks me up, asks if I need to go to an ATM, I said no, that I have a $20, he said the fair is $9 each way ($9 for one mile!!) and he only has $8 to give me for change. I said ok, then I will need an ATM on my ride home, since I would only have $8. He said that was fine. He picked me up at 3:15, took me to Holiday gas station for the ATM, their ATM was down and they do not give cash back. So I told him this and he got mad at me, I said Walgreens is right across the street and he said that was out of his way, he would rather take me to my bank downtown. I said I don't bank downtown, I bank out of the next town over, he proceeded to yell at me about how I was making this difficult for him. I said "had you given me the proper change this morning- this wouldn't be an issue! And you offered an ATM stop, no extra charge, to which I said I would need one in the afternoon since you did not have the proper change." He continued to tell me this was MY FAULT!
