I think the value, with a military discount, is really good. I agree with other reviews that both courses can be challenging for different reasons and that as a public course there will always be a range of standards on display. That said, as a single, every two or three-ball or other singleton I have ever been paired with by the starter have been great company and very welcoming. There has been a massive amount of groundwork done over the winter and some of that is still to grow out, with a number of new tee boxes still under construction. In nesting season, you need to keep an eye out for the hawks that can be very territorial around the 8th holes. My favourite hole though is the 18th from the top of the hill, great view and a memorable way to end any round.

I'm in a golf league with we usually do not golf here my first time ever at this golf course as I have recently relocated from the West Coast. It was very dry conditions with the fairways being pretty burnt up and not the best of condition, but most likely due to the real dry summer more so than anything else The greens were in fantastic shape. It was obvious really doing the best they can to keep the green and the surrounding areas by putting surfaces and in good shape. Price very fair for golf kind of high draft beer prices in the bar afterwards I was really shocked to see small $10 pitcher of domestic draft beer I'm sure we'll be back most likely next year to golf it hopefully it's in the spring when the grass is much nicer throughout the golf course piece of play was fairly quickly most likely because we were there on a Wednesday morning tee off a little before 11 AM

This has been my favorite place to golf, it really is a gem that somehow found its place in Xenia…read more(coming from a Xenia native) This was my first golf course when trying the sport, so I could have rose colored glasses, but WGC fairways are large enough for a beginner to get out there and feel good even if hitting from the tee box isn't the greatest. Wide fairways, long drives, and a beautiful and well taken care of course, it always feels good to play here. The golfers are friendly and I've never felt pressure from people while trying to learn to play/build my skills. Beer isn't terribly expensive and tee time is perfectly priced. MOST of the golf carts are also incredible, they're still holding onto some old ones but the new ones are pretty sharp looking. You really can't go wrong with WGC, very forgiving course for beginners and can make for a very fun play for those with more experience and can rip it down the fairways.
