Look No Further, Best Company EVER!! I rated them 5 stars for 5 reasons: 1- Best price out of multiply companies quoting the job 2- Customer care top notch, when they showed up on time for multiple days, and listened to exactly what I wanted, and which branched I didn't want trimmed etc. 3- Chris and his crew really put a lot of work into the job and certainly earned their paycheck with the hours they spent and in the heat. I was amazed at all the equipment they brought, from lifts to bobcats, and everything in between. 4- PERFECTION - I had an insanely hard tree that was huge and inches between a shed and block wall with decorative lattice on the wall, and not a single thing fell on my shed or lattice, they went slow with every piece to ensure my stuff was protected and took time to rope down every part to slowly place it perfectly on the ground. 5- Clean-up was immaculate, and they left my entire yard spotless. Twilight tree and landscaping service are the best hands down in Arizona. Excellent communication, excellent service, and as a matter of fact they told me it would probably be Wednesday because they had a big job on Tuesday but still made it on Tuesday. They did a awesome job removing a overgrown old mesquite tree that honestly was a huge hazard concern especially when the wind blows heavy. It took 2 hours from start to finish with no debris left behind, you can't even tell the tree was there. Also as far as prices, their price for my tree removal was way lower than 3 quotes I got for the same job. Tony responded promptly to my Yelp request yesterday afternoon, Dec 15, and within ten minutes, we had scheduled to have the work done this morning. We had trimmed a huge Palo Verde tree in our daughter's front yard and needed the trimmings hauled away to the dump. I sent Tony photos of the pile and we agreed on a price well below what others had quoted. His employee arrived in a timely fashion this morning and had the job done in an hour and one half. You couldn't even tell there had been such a mess in the driveway, that's how well it was cleaned up. We needed a lot of work to get our yard cleaned up. Tony was prompt to call me back and set up a time to quote the work. He was there even a little early, and gave a very reasonable quote. Tony, the owner, came out to give an estimate and also participated in the work. He was willing to do as much or little as I asked to our large mesquite that had become overgrown and was drawing negative attention from the HOA. Not being a tree expert myself, I discussed with Tony my options to trim and shape the tree appropriately and settled upon a price. I am very happy with the result. The tree looks great, has been "lifted" so that nothing hangs low, and is now thinner and healthy looking. We had 1 large Indian Rosewood that had grown into a second Indian Rosewood and the start of a 3rd. We inherited these trees when we bought our house. We also had a very large Acacia that was out of control. Tony took the time to educate us on the consequences of these trees and advised us on removal. Also advised on the trimming of the Acacia. He was very knowledgeable and had a very timely response. He came and gave us an affordable estimate and further education. His team was polite and extremely time efficient. Tony and his team took down my 70 foot eucalyptus tree, picked everything up and cleaned the yard better than it was before they arrived within 3 hours. Tony and his crew are wonderful! Called to get an assessment of my dying trees on a Monday and he came that Wednesday to look at them and put me on his a schedule for a trim and further diagnostics a few days later. My palms look phenomenal!! I have a peculiar issue happening with my trees and he is researching and looking into resources to hopefully remedy it. I have used Twilight Tree service once before for trimming trees in my backyard. They were referred to me by a friend who also works for Twilight. Prices are reasonable and service and cleanup was impeccable! There was a mixup with what I thought was happening between getting a quote and doing the actual work and Tony came out gave me the quote and sent his crew the very same day to do the work! Chris, was a total pro. I asked for a quote yesterday. The quote was very fair and reasonable. There was no reason to negotiate a lower price. He showed up with his crew this morning, right on time, with all of the heavy duty equipment necessary. In 1 hour and 45 minutes they had my enormous Palo Verde tree chopped down, sent through the wood chipper, stump removed, and entire yard and street blown and cleaned. HOA required a dead palm in the back yard be removed. I got the notice the dat=y I got out of the hospital with a back surgery... a few days later we received a notice that we had 10 days to remove it. I called Twilight Tree and they were out the next morning and took care of the tree plus trimmer another one. They left the place in a pristine condition! Could have been happier.
