Just don't waste your time going here, this place is HORRIBLY disorganized AND HORRIBLY OVERPRICED,…read morethe workers and owners are all rude. They make up prices based on what they think they can get out of you if things aren't marked. They expect you to know what's already marked and what needs price and god forbid you grab something to buy and they "weren't done with that yet," but it's sitting there in the store? Do you want customers or not? You do not value returning customers and I told everyone about this place. I will now make sure my group of 12,000+ Arizonans know not to come here. Greedy greedy and horrible. They get items mostly free but try to sell it for like 90% of value. Let me just tell you, DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME HERE. I'm disgusted I'm unsure what you mean by your comment "when people take boxes down, we tend to frown on that." The stuff I dealt with was ON THE FLOOR in your filth! Weirdo

If you are from out of town, it can be extremely confusing to find the entry to the parking lot. Once you get inside the parking lot area, the signs directing you to where stores are located are very tiny. You have to be paying attention to these tiny signs with store names and arrows - not ideal in the rain. The trees planted throughout the parking lot block the view of the stores themselves, so you can't see the names of the stores on the actual buildings! Also, the parking lot area seems extremely large for the shopping center. Out of all the stores that I went to at this shopping center, the Dillard's clearance store was the best one and the only store worth shopping here.
