Best dispensary in Central City! Great selection of recreational and medical products, very friendly staff, and decent prices.

You can have a "No Pets Policy"…read more You cannot deny me access with a Service Dog just because you have a "no pets policy". The second I walked in, I was met with "you can't bring that dog in here man." (Dog clearly wearing a Service Dog vest) No hi, no nothing. I say, he's a Service Dog. He says doesn't matter. You could just be saying that. We had a dog mess some stuff up one time. I say im sorry, but it's federal law that he is allowed to go anywhere with me. He says "let me call the owner" and disappears into the bud room where he clearly just consulted the bud tender and comes back out and says "ok, we are gonna let you in this time." I asked "did your boss tell you that it's federal law that you have to?" He says no, but how do I know he's not gonna attack me?" I said "I presented him as a SERVICE DOG, not just a pet! This dog spent five days in the Intensive Care Unit at St Anthony's with my son when he was in the hospital, for crying out loud!" He literally just walked off. The bud tender wasn't much more help. I asked her for "hash". She immediately told me they don't have any. They just have wax, shatter and rosin. Yall, wax and shatter are butane(or propane) HASH oil. They are hash. I said screw this and left. These people have no idea what they're talking about on multiple fronts, including hash. Because this is Gilpin County and I know there's a bunch of contrarians and non-believers, you should first be aware before you comment that my dog is a properly trained and graduated Psychiatric Service Dog. He worked with an organization in middle-Tennessee called Working Dogs for Vets. We went there the first time in 2019 and stayed for ten days, training from 7-7 everyday with breaks for the dogs. We've traveled back every four to six months for the past seven years and stayed for a week to ten days at a time. He didn't graduate from the problem for another year and a half until November of 2020. He Blocks for me, provides Cover, does Crowd Control tasks, gives Deep Pressure when prompted and alerts to me in public. He's never had any aggression, never been overly disruptive and absolutely NEVER made a mess anywhere in public. After that 5 days in the ICU, we transferred and he spent another 18 days in regular ward at St Anthony's. He's flown on more than 20 airplanes. He's been on the Jumbotron at Coors Field twice. He's attended every college class at Red Rocks Community College for the last three semesters. He's been to more than 25 concerts in at least 8 different venues. The VAST majority of people that have met him comment that he's the calmest, most well-behaved Husky they've ever seen. The Americans with Disabilities Act specifically guarantees my dog access with me in almost every public place you can imagine BY LAW. He can't be removed from a premises unless he's making a mess, causing a disturbance, damaging property or being aggressive or too vocal. It is federal LAW. I've posted the law below for you to read before you come on here with stupid comments about what should or shouldn't have happened.
