I was having trouble with my septic and figured it needed pumping. I called Duane and he came out…read morethe next day to pump it out but he noticed it wasn't completely full and went the extra step to see what was causing my problem. He discovered a pipe that was plugged and proceeded to unplug it for me. He then informed me that the pipe should be replaced but would be ok for the moment so I will be having him back to do that also.
