Delicious tasting, beautiful ambiance and outstanding service! What more can I say!! Just a few things I would have change which in my opinion kept my review from a five star. Italians LOVE their bread, and although Tutti Bene's bread was true to taste like in Italy, it's bland, just like in Italy. Americans are used to tasteful Italian bread, add the sugar and make it crunchy! Or better yet, buy some fresh bread from the Crum bakery, and take that off the chefs plate. Along with bread is a plate of olive oil. Thats it... just olive oil. Again, boring! How about salt and pepper? grated cheese? The half order of ravioli was delicious but each ravioli was cut in half. I'd rather have my ravioli whole. It was a very strange way of presenting that order. All and all it was a nice evening out, a little pricy, but good.

My husband and I dined at the bar and were very impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful. You can really see the attention to detail. We started off with the Sicilian sangria & smoked old fashioned. We really enjoyed both cocktails. They brought out bread service which included two types of bread and an imported olive oil. It was delicious. For appetizers, we chose the bison carpaccio. It was a big portion and everything tasted very fresh. For entrees I had the half portion of ravioli and my husband had the osso bucco. Both were fantastic but I did think the half portion was pretty small. We ended the night with tiramisu. It's the chefs award winning dessert and it did not disappoint. Don't hesitate to try Tutti Benne. We had a wonderful time and will be dining again in the future. It is a great addition to downtown Bozeman!

3.5 stars! The atmosphere is something out of a TV show. Never would you believe you were in Bozeman, MT. Service - hands down 5/5. The price point is outrageous. If you are on a budget you will not necessarily be able to have the full experience. The food was 4 stars. Everyone agreed the antipastos and zuppa were by far better than our main courses. I would go back again just for the first two courses/appetizers. I would never again purchase the espresso martini.

We started with the beet and burrata salad, which was full of yummy complimenting flavors and fun textures. I think it could have done without the yellow peppers but I just ate around those. The pepitas with the pistachio butter and beets were excellent, and the burrata added a creamy touch. We also tried the frites and fondue. The fries were thick and browned how I like them, but the fondue wasn't my favorite and was a little too overpowering in flavor for my taste. The parmesan on top of the fries was a nice touch. For beverages I had a local pale ale from Bridger brewing that was crisp and went well with the meal, and my partner tried the rotations shrub (peach), which she said was just okay. The star of the show was the arrabiata pasta made with vodka sauce and Calabrian chilis. The pasta was cooked perfectly Al dente and was well sauced, truly delicious. The ambiance is nice, and the service was fine. They checked on us frequently but not entirely friendly, maybe our waitress was having a bad day. The meal was a little on the pricier side but I felt the happy hour prices were fair. We would return when visiting Bozeman.

I love a good cocktail and the restaurant we had eaten at before coming here had none so we knew we had to have "dessert" here. We came in to a sign that said seat yourself. We did, at a cozy little spot near the front door. The table has real candlelight, all of the tables do, so there's this beautiful ambiance of dancing light that envelopes this larger than it looks from the outside wine bar. Just a few seconds after sitting, someone was at our table with waters and the menu. Talk about fast and efficient service. When our actual server arrived, she was super friendly and hospitable. She made it feel like we were regulars and I loved that. And the cocktails? Superb. Absolutely incredible, every single one of them. And that coconut lime rickey? I understand why people rave about it. Perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. I also want to point out how quick the cocktails came out to us. I was so surprised we didn't have to wait long at all, even though this place was pretty full and they were pretty busy at the bar.

When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite of what I expected. We were seated quickly on a Monday evening, and our server let us know she was new, which we completely understood since we both work in the service industry. Ordering was simple--my friend mentioned an apple allergy, and we each made straightforward requests. There was a slightly odd moment where the server said she couldn't ring in my friend's order a certain way because the kitchen would "make fun of her," but we brushed it off. Things really went downhill when the food arrived. Both meals were completely wrong. When the food was dropped off (by someone other than our server), there was a snarky comment referencing the apple allergy, which was uncomfortable. We sent the food back, expecting a quick fix--but it came out wrong again. And then a third time. At that point, we were honestly shocked. I've never had an order come out incorrectly three times in a row. Eventually, a manager brought the food out correctly, but there was no real apology for the repeated mistakes. Our server explained it was the kitchen's fault, but it was frustrating that no one double-checked the orders before bringing them out each time. The whole experience ended up taking over two hours, which felt excessive given how simple the order was. We also felt that, given the circumstances, some kind of comp or acknowledgment would have been appropriate, but nothing was offered. Overall, it was a really disappointing and honestly embarrassing experience--especially after talking the place up so much beforehand.

From favorite to least: Live Mussels - 12/10 very zesty, and the broth was fresh and herby with shallots, thyme, garlic, parsley. We dipped the seafood from our entrees into the leftover broth for the acidity and flavor! Stuffed Portabello Mushroom - 10/10 there were so many ingredients in this dish it was almost comical but it all worked together very well! Portobello mushroom stuffed with ricotta(?), blue cheese, lump crab meat, topped with chives and lemon zest, with pesto and balsamic vinegar sauces LOL. So much going on but very good. Bacon was a bit salty in this ensemble though. Fettuccine a la Verona - 10/10 light and fettuccine is in a fresh seafood broth. Plump springy prawns with burrata and has a good ratio of vegetables (artichoke, spinach, lions mane mushroom) Wild Alaskan Salmon Penne - 9/10 very indulgent with bacon, pesto, caramelized onions and lions mane mushroom under melted cheese. Salmon was fresh but felt under-seasoned on its own. I loved the mushrooms but I didn't love the dry/hard melted cheese on top. Chicken Parmigiana - 8/10 tomato sauce is very fragrant. A bit bland otherwise. All entrees came with a soft crumbly bread that I only enjoyed with the mussels broth. Lovely server and restaurant! Charming location. Big portions, we took leftovers.

This was a show stopper with the dill waking up your mouth and the beet and cheese being perfect. The mafaldine braised lamb sugo and grana padano was good, but just not memorable. The salsiccio fennel sausage, garlic, red onions, sweet onion and chili pizza was another story. Served with grilled bread, it was the kind of dish you keep dipping back into because it's just that good. For our main dish, we shared the Brown Butter Scallops -- prosecco salt dusted scallops served with arugula pesto, herb mushrooms, and bacon & butternut squash arancini. The scallops themselves were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, but the real standout on the plate was the arancini. Crispy on the outside with a rich, savory filling of bacon and butternut squash, it paired beautifully with the rest of the dish and completely stole the show. The entire meal was beautifully plated and thoughtfully prepared. The only small note is that the restaurant can get a bit loud when it's full, which can make conversation with your dinner companion slightly harder.
