Our son has been in a few different daycares across the last few years due to closures and us moving and I can easily say this is our favorite. We've never had a center director that has been as responsive, present, and supportive as Ms. Brittany has been throughout this entire process. The assistant director and the classroom teachers have also been wonderful! They have live-streaming cameras which make checking in very easy but the trust that has been built so quickly has made the cameras just a simple, fun perk now instead of a comfort necessity. The teachers are also great at providing frequent updates on the app. Our son loves going to "school" and literally runs in most days! We are so grateful to the entire team there!

*Our Overall Experience*…read more Though Tutor Time was not our first option, it ultimately became a good option for our son. Like any childcare center, it had its ups and downs during our time there. I'd like to walk through some of the experiences as neutrally as possible and hope others will find this review helpful. *Leadership You Can Feel Good About* Stacey Baker is a great and committed director. She truly cares about the children, the programs, and the families. I appreciated how personable and understanding she is, while still maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality care. She does the best she can with the resources available to her and often steps in where needed. *Teachers Make the Difference* One of the strengths of Tutor Time is its few truly great teachers. When my son first started, he struggled with his initial teacher. At first, I assumed this was simply due to adjusting to a new environment, but we noticed that his behavioral challenges were specific to that classroom and did not occur with other teachers. Once he was moved to a different class, his experience and behavior improved dramatically--it was truly night and day. I hope Tutor Time considers having more teachers trained or mentored by their strongest educators. *How Our Child Was Supported and Engaged* For the most part, our son had a great time. I especially appreciated how his teachers embraced his love of drums and music, incorporating it into activities rather than labeling him as disruptive. He was able to develop new skills and broaden his food palate--it was wonderful seeing him enjoy foods beyond cereal. *Staffing Consistency (or Lack Thereof)* One consistent challenge during our time there was low staffing and high staff turnover. This sometimes caused confusion and disrupted teacher assignments and daily activities. As mentioned earlier, Stacey did her best under the circumstances, often filling in herself when needed. *Peer Behavior and Classroom Dynamics* Another concern we experienced involved our son picking up disruptive behaviors from older children. This was difficult to undo/ "correct" at home, as his behavior became more aggressive for a period of time. Eventually, the center addressed this by separating age groups more effectively, which we appreciated. *Billing, Payments, and Communication* We also encountered challenges with the payment system. The app and payment platforms are not well integrated, as they operate through separate systems. We experienced multiple issues with autopay and found it difficult to track an accurate balance. At one point, we were sent to collections for a payment we believed had already been made. Our statements did not clearly reflect a missed payment, and despite the issue allegedly occurring in March, we continued to make payments through June without any indication of a problem or interruption in services, which conflicted with stated policy. *Would We Choose Tutor Time Again?* Overall, every place has its ups and downs, many of which are situational. Despite the challenges we experienced, our son enjoyed the better moments there, and so did we. Tutor Time has strong potential, and I hope they receive the necessary resources to fully realize it. We look forward to returning when we can. Thank you so much, everyone, for taking good care of my son and for your care and support!

Being a first time parent, I wasn't sure what to expect with a public daycare.. having my daughter essentially cared for by strangers for 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week was worrisome as thats more time than I even get to spend with her.. however, Saira and the team of teachers and even Chef, have made a huge impact on our life in such a positive way That I will forever be grateful for!!! From day one of our orientation with Saira, to the first day we brought our daughter into the Infant room, all the way to the last day, when we had to take her out due to a family relocation/move...every day with Siara and her team, felt like they were my family! Not only did The staff/teachers make sure my daughter was cared for with love and care but they spent one on one time with her, teaching her a wide variety of categories that were essential for her core development at her age. I owe her confidence to every teacher she engaged with! There was never one second that I felt worried about her and that is the ultimate feeling any parent dreams of when others are caring for their children! Long story short, Primrose St. Louis park was a true blessing and are some of the most impactful people I have met This far in my life. That said- THANK YOU... Saira- for everything!! thank you for being a wonderful person and leader in a field so demanding and challenging. Thank you for helping me navigate my first year of parenthood outside of your everyday role. Your medical field experience, kind heart, and profound memory made a huge impact on me, and is a big factor in the trust I felt leaving our daughter everyday! You deserve more credit and acknowledgment than I'm sure youre currently receiving and hope your know you made an huge impact on my life! Thank you to the Infant room teachers - those who have been there for years (Ms. Joelle) and those who have moved on. you help care for these babies in such a nurturing way, helping them adjust into the world of chaos in a warm and loving environment! And thank you to the toddler room teachers- those who stepped in to help out and those who hold the ground in that room (aka ms. trinity "titi")! you all have made our daughter feel loved everyday, the second she walked towards her classroom, she would light up and be so excited to see you guys, even calling YOUR names out in the morning in the car on our ride there! and she only Knew about 10 words at that point.. 5 of them were your names!! And To Chef- thank YOU! thank you for keeping the kids belly's full with nutritious foods and most of all, thank you for your continued smiles and greetings in the morning hallway pass through. you always brightened my day! All in all- I can't say enough positive things about the staff, process, care, and overall atmosphere at this location. I welcome families with smile on my face to show the kids parents that we are reliable and loving teachers. I am working here to gain experience in teaching and childcare. I believe that children are the future and we must allow them to grow and learn to their fullest extent. The opportunity to help shape the generations to come is a huge honor and an equally huge responsibility. I believe that I am here to provide the future generations the best care possible so that they can carry the torch of problem solving and innovation as they grow into adults. I do this job because I have a passion for working with the kids. I love the early stages: seeing them develop their sweet/funny/all different and unique in their own ways. They are truly the best to be around. I think together as a community we should get to know our teachers more in order to make this family a community. I love seeing the continual growth of my students both in academics and social-emotionally and being able to share my love of learning in hopes to have them become life long learners. I want to provide an educational, safe and loving environment where they can thrive. Early Childhood Education has a huge impact on future success and I want to make sure that my students have access to that. I love my job because I love and teach kindness, to learn and help others, and to grow my knowledge about the career path I want to follow. I also love to encourage and help our students reach their full potential. I myself had a most amazing daycare lady, Barb. They are among the most engaging and most intriguing audiences one can work with. They bring out my own creativity. I want to help steer children in a positive direction.

My youngest is starting next month and I have no hesitations on sending him based on the support and leadership of the directors and the teachers. The staff are all supportive of my child, and if there are issues with my son, they are direct and collaborative on ways to make things better. I have tried sending this review on google but keeps disappearing,…read more My family had been sending our child to Radiant, and while I initially hoped for a positive experience, I have become increasingly concerned about the Director/ Management, and overall environment. There is a clear pattern of favoritism where certain students and staff are treated preferentially, while others are spoken about negatively and treated very unfairly. This behavior creates a divisive and uncomfortable atmosphere that feels more like high school drama than professional Childcare. More importantly, violent behavior (Biting, Hitting, Kicking, Spitting, Throwing things, tipping shelf's, throwing chairs, destroying the classroom, and much more)-parents ask your child if someone in there class is not nice!!!!) (better yet arrive unexpectedly to the class and see for yourself!!!! ) this behavior from certain students poses a real risk to the safety of both children and staff. Despite raising these safety concerns multiple times and requesting that certain students be kept apart to protect everyone, management has failed to take appropriate action. The Director/management's immature and unprofessional behavior only adds to a tense atmosphere that feels more like high school drama than a safe, nurturing environment. It's deeply frustrating and alarming that those entrusted with caring for children behave in a way that undermines trust and safety. I sincerely hope the school takes these serious issues to heart and works toward creating a safer, more respectful environment for all children and families. Parents, students and Staff deserve better than this chaotic and unfair environment.

It seemed to be fate that there happened to be an opening that came up when my daughter turned two and a half, just in time to start the preschool program. The philosophy and teaching methods that this school bases itself upon are far superior from absolutely every other preschool that we looked in to. The staff consistently maintains an overall higher level of expectation for these kids. Which was so impressive to me because at such an impressionable age these young kids are being held accountable for themselves. They take such pride in the work that they accomplish either by themselves or in a group. They are respectful of not only the boundaries of their peers, but more importantly of themselves. As a result they are rewarded by having more freedom in their choices. From science lessons, to music class, yoga, art classes, dramatic play (my daughters fave!), weekly sharing day, to hearing what creative game they made up that day while playing outside. The amazing staff, conferences & daily progress reports, the ever so anticipated Halloween party, and sincerely wonderful families and parents, I could go on forever. Overall the three years at The Little School was a tremendously positive experience for our whole family. We now have a first grader who is reading at a fourth grade level with impressive comprehension skills. As well as going above and beyond her schools curriculum in math and science. I'm so proud of her, and I attribute so much of her early successes to her time at The Little School.

Meanwhile, this is two months after I have fully registered him, and he has been there for a few weeks and started to get comfortable. So there I was, without childcare, and frantic. I called KinderCare late that Monday afternoon, after reading about them online, I spoke with Kayla on the phone and she was extremely helpful, put me at ease about everything, and was able to get my son in the next day and for the rest of the week with no problems, in their Discovery Preschool area. They made it very easy to get him in on such short notice, and I felt extremely comfortable with my son going there.
