My second time here, years apart, and it's still a lovely destination for a family picnic or stroll. The art is enjoyable and conversation-inspiring. A great addition to any outing in or near Stockbridge.

Nice sculpture park in a lovely small town. Walking through is enjoyable especially going over different elevations and discovering new works at every turn.

I've loved coming here for years, but I am so saddened to find that I now have to pay $14 to enter... disappointed.

I was walking along Church St. in Lenox, and decided to check out this so-called "gallery" -- Sohn Fine Art. I stroll in with high hopes, and honey... big mistake. Stay FAR away from this sad little wannabe "gallery." The owner, Cassandra Sohn, is out here acting like she's Norman Rockwell's long-lost twin -- please. She's not visionary; she's just delusional. Her attitude? Rude. Her so-called "art"? Tired. Dated. Like, if dust could be pretentious, this would be it. In my opinion, you're better off buying in the art section of Five Below.....

***** WARNING ARTISTS *****…read more I entered a fee-based competition for possible inclusion in a Soon Gallery exhibition. Instead of adhering to the acceptance/denial notification date she originally stated in the specifications, the gallery director switched to a Hollywood style maneuver and told me I was, "shortlisted", with a NEW notification date a month away, thus rendering my artworks in limbo and unavailable for exhibition elsewhere. I contacted Ms. Soon and demanded a refund. After her sad attempt at convincing me that by having shortlisted several of my pieces she had indeed fulfilled her obligation of timely notification, I contacted my credit card company. Bank of America has no tolerance for this type of manipulation of terms and upon their investigation granted my full refund.

Chihuly's pieces are instantly recognizable, many with signature complimentary color lips. I found the works by Lino Tagliapietra mesmerizing. The Stromboli and Massai pieces captured my gaze and held it for long enjoyable moments. TIP-a check-in on Yelp netted me a complimentary catalog of Lino's works. I must have been the first because the staff seemed surprised to see the offer. I now have memories of works of art that are a little rich for my budget ( Massai was over $200k)

100% worth a visit if you're in Stockbridge!…read more I've been a fan of Chihuly's art ever since his exhibit at the NY Botanical garden, and have been dying to see some more of his art ever since. I was a bit intimidated at first when I walked in with my family since the art pieces are so delicate and the gallery was pretty quiet. Kim greeted us instantly and made us feel so welcomed -- and we set off to explore after learning a bit more about the gallery. The gallery is two-stories high, and you're able to get an AMAZING view of the Chihuly chandelier from the second-floor opening. The art pieces on display were incredible and featured artists like Martin Rosol, David Huchthausen, Lino Tagliapietra, and many others. It was my first time seeing a lot of their art up close and I would recommend coming to this gallery if you're interested in exploring different types of glass art. I wish I had checked in on Yelp for the free catalog! Remember to do that if you visit.
