I also hired them for lawn car at my mother's house on Delaware Avenue in NSP and recommended them to a brother in law on Oakhurst Ave. in Vadnais Heights. He also hired them for cutting down trees. They must be so big now they pick and choose who they do business with. They say they never offered pre-pay discounts either. I've used their pre-pay discounts the last few years. I missed the deadline this year due to a death in the family and asked if they would honor the 6% due to the circumstances. The "manager" refused the 6% and offered half. It's not even the discount at this point, it's the principal of the thing. I would venture to say the "manager" probably never even heard of Imprelis. That's how long I go back as a customer.

I have had several individuals mow for me over the years and reliability has heretofore been a serious issue; however, I can always count on Dave. He is very businesslike - shows up, mows, and leaves. He only mows and to my knowledge does not do any other yard work . He keeps the mower height at the correct value to avoid scalping my grass. I like to have a nice looking yard but dislike mowing and maintaining a mower so having someone like Dave do it for me is wonderful. His rates are very reasonable. Updating to one star due to their failure to stand behind their work. I hired them last August to…read morepull out a huge terrible patch of burdock that was too big for me to tackle. They did a decent job on that so i expanded the scope and had them do three more gardens. They were to pull out all weeds, and put down weed suppression mats. It looked great and clean until this spring when their shoddy work was exposed. Weeds coming up everywhere. John, the face of the company, is a nice guy but he made lots of promises he's since broken. They made a huge mistake and ripped out HALF of a huge established perennial garden. TERRIBLE. They said they'd reimburse me for replacement plants and plant them. They did but literally NOT ONE came back this spring. I've never had this issue with plants i install. Last month i had to contact John 4 times before he responded. He assured me they'd make it right but has since ghosted me. I feel very deceived. We paid lots of money and have little to show for it. Half the reason i hired them was because they were a scrappy start-up, John seemed trustworthy and i wanted to support them. Never again.
