It's a library. Services on offer include borrowing books. There's also a fair trade in renting dvds, cds, internet access, hot drinks, and a good reference library upstairs. Also upstairs is the art gallery and museum. The art gallery can be a bit sporadic about what is on, so I wouldn't go on the off chance, only if there's a display you know you want to see. Museum is worth checking out, if only for the giant dolls house and stuffed wildcat. read more
