I have been here two times. First time, it was delicious, and everything was great. Just got done eating my second visit, and it is horrible. I could not finish my meal. The chicken tasted as if the oil they used was old and over used from the weekend. I went with Mo Hot and there was no spice or flavor at all. BBQ beans was almost like having chili. I usually always wait a few weeks or months when a new restaurant opens but I was so happy to see the cedar park location open even in the midst of everything! Cedar Park location Tuesday 4:45pm. Ordering online was easy. I have tried to order several times, but it looks like the reservations are all gone. The first screen is for orders of 10 or more, click the date and other time slots show up. Ordered the picnic special on Tuesday, 12 tenders, 2 sides, fries and 4 sauces for $20. The tenders are huge and juicy (we got the wimpy), only ate 6 tenders and 2 sauces with 3 adults.The mac & cheese is really good, the beans have good flavor, but a little pasty, the fries are amazing, I wish the slaw was more sweet than salty. Their ranch is the bomb! I will definitely order again. read more

The chicken was cooked just right, juicy and tender. They have several different spicy levels and we got the medium one for our first try. I think the medium level was accurate for the amount of spicy level for the chicken, probably try the next level up when we go again. We've been coming to this location since they opened, many times through the pandemic. The quality remains pretty reliable, but they've raised prices significantly recently, and portions of the sides have shrunk at the same time. You can probably get away with one or the other in this environment, but not both. This was the worst!!!!.It was on 9/8/22 we had been to Costco and I didn't want to go home and cook dinner so we decided to go through the drive up. There wasn't a menu we could see until the first window and we were trying to decide what to have when Kat was leaning out the window waving for us to come up.My husband and I both got the Southern Chicken Sandwich and a slice of chocolate pie. Visiting my daughter and her family over the week of Christmas and we all tried this place for the first time. It was unanimous that we all liked it. My son in law and I tried the chicken sandwich. We both liked it. It was like a full chicken breast on the bun. I'm not a spicy chicken fan but the wimpy did not have enough flavor for me, will try the next step up next time. This is our second visit. COVID has everything crazy, but Tumble 22 has it down to a science. The wait in line is a little longer than most people like, but for hot, fresh chicken it's nothing. So have been putting off trying this because of the lines but oh my the chicken was good! We arrived right after opening, we placed order and waited in the parking lot, wait time was pretty quick maybe 10 min after placing order which is awesome for chicken. I am such a wimp and don't like spicy things so we ordered tenders in wimpy and fried chicken in hot for the hubby. The chicken was so moist and flavorful but I will say wimpy is like nothing, like give it to kiddos and they would think they were plain. So next time I will go hot as that was perfect and the fried chicken was by far hands down delicious. They did forget the slaw but we got Mac and cheese (pretty good) and fries (amazing-shoe strings with so much flavor!!). We tried the sweet chili yogurt sauce good but it was a bit runny and cilantro mint also good but very cilantro flavored. I liked both but will likely try another sauce next time. I can't wait for them to be open inside so I can have fried chicken and a nice cold beer. read more

The Cedar Park location is fairly new. I absolutely love the chicken from here. The food gets a solid 5 stars. Now for the service side of the restaurant. Today is my second visit in the last 2 weeks, as a new customer on the first visit I had a few questions about how to order, one of my questions was answered with a very sarcastic remark. I blew it off. Here I sit in the parking lot again ordering the chicken, another sarcastic remark later and I now have my chicken and will head home. For the next order I won't ask any questions I'll just order and eat what they give me. Moral of the story is no substations, don't ask you'll be treated to a sarcastic remark such as " and we still have a line 50 cars long", do your research on what you want via the internet. I really have found in my first 2 visits they don't want to be bothered with questions. I will be back because the food is that good. Compared to other similar chicken chains, we noticed they gave us no utensils; drinks were not labelled (inconvenient); an unfriendly staff person at drive thru window; food was fine but nothing amazing. Might not have even posted a review, but for the unfriendliness. It was our first visit and we had placed our order online. Some places with drive thrus will allow you to pick up your order at the window, but not here. The receipt had not specified where to pick up. The chicken is good but you need to know that the tenders are HUGE. We ordered a 12 piece tender meal for 2 adults and 1 tween and it provided 2 full meals for us. Had no idea how big the tenders were and next time we'll order a smaller meal. The sauces are good....they are REALLY good on french fries but just good with the chicken. The comeback sauce (described by their employee as 'kinda like Cane's sauce) was good but NOT as good at Cane's. The ranch is good and the cilantro mint was cooling. The sweet chile sauce was too thin. We went with a 2 on the heat scale, since we had our daughter with us and it made for a flavorful meal. Just enough spice. I texted our spot again after about 10 minutes and waited, no food! It was not even that busy as I usually see it. All of the chicken was tasty, the comeback sauce for the sandwich was definitely a little different that any other comeback sauce I've had. Arrived 7 minutes before my pickup time in the line (you never know with traffic and it was my first time eating here, I want hot chicken when I'm paying a premium for it) - and got a less than friendly directive of......It's only 11:08 your pickup time isn't until 11:15 - after this car moves park in Space 32. I was totally fine with waiting. They weren't that amazingly busy that anyone needed to be rude / it was uncalled for and gave me a bad taste in my mouth. This is premium chicken at a premium cost - some decent customer service needs to be paired with that. Because I'd already ordered and paid ahead - and it's Covid I had left a generous tip / not sure I'll be going back to be honest regardless of the good chicken - if the people there don't seem like ones you want to support there are plenty of other restaurants that desperately need business now. read more

I bought 3 tenders and a side of mac & cheese at the drive thru in Cedar Park. After I got home I discovered they FAILED to include any napkins - just used a paper towel. They also FAILED to include any utensil to eat the mac & cheese - fortunately I was at home, so had my own. Worst of all however, they FAILED to include any sauces which were expressly iterated on my receipt. 3 strikes makes this a complete FAILURE. APPARENTLY you need to sit there at the window, open your stapled shut bag and check to see if they include everything required, while the ppl in line behind you sit & wait. I've been to the Burnet location several times since I work nearby and it's absolutely fantastic! I love this place! The food is sooo good! The sides and the pecan pie is to die for. This is the reason for my 4 start review. However the new Cedar Park location is new so I'll give them that for now and I hope it gets better. The chicken wasn't that great but the sides were good. The service was super fast though despite how busy they were all during COVID19. Looking forward to a better experience in the future at the Cedar Park location. read more

The food is good but not worth the terrible service. Every time we've tried to come, we wait at least twice as long as quoted and their online ordering system is not efficient. It will take your money and not send the order through, so you wait once you arrive for pick up. Hopefully they will improve with time, but for now, it's just not worth the trouble read more

Terrible customer service, unprofessional. 3 employees lied to me about my order, then I waited for 20 minutes for the food, to find out that they never made it and were going to upcharged me.
