We boarded this boat to cross to Travemunde with our car & booked a fairly expensive ( the so called Baltic suite) cabin but couldn't be more disappointed!! The cabin was extremely old & disgusting. The "twin bed" was a 50 yrs old sofa that we needed to call them to come & turn it into bed for us. The wi-fi on board did not work at all & when we went to reception & asked they said that it doesn't seem to work so we said could we get one voucher considering that we have 4 tickets & nobody can connect, but then they got angry saying that we haven't really paid for the wi-fi & 20 MB was supposed to be included in the ticket & now that it's not working they can't do much!! The process of getting the car on & off board was very smooth & quick but we were there 2 hrs before the departure. read more
