Terrible terrible customer service. I called to see if I could get a t-shirt printed today. She told me it would take between 48 hours and a week. I thought this is a T-shirt printing shop? On their website, their strap line is; "Our 'design your own shirt' service allows you to print from 1 - 1000 shirts with your own design, image, photo or logo- printed professionally at competitive prices and delivered fast!" Fast? Up to a week for a singular T-shirt? When I asked if she could possibly squeeze it in, she said to send her through an email with the details. I said sure, can you come back to me straight away as I need to get it printed today so if you can't do it, I can go to another supplier. She told me that she had no idea how long it would take to go through the emails. I asked her to maybe check at that moment but she said they have a 'massive backlog' of emails so would be unable to. I asked her approximately how long it would take her to check it, i.e. would it take one hour or four hours, to which she replied she had no idea. That is a valuable customer with lots of potential business lost. Shame for you guys. read more
