Just off the main high street and within walking distance from car parks, the TSB is situated. The bank is stylish both inside and out, and very clean and well kept. There is disabled access in the form of a ramp and automatic doors, allowing for easy access. There is also an ATM which is at a height making it easy to access for anyone.
Inside there is seats for customers to have a comfy wait and also childrens seats and tables so that they don't get frustrated while waiting for mummy or daddy to sort out the finances. There are private rooms upon request usually by appointment. There is a desk for customers to use the pay in slips and do what they have to do, which is out of the way, so that other customers can queue up and be dealt with quickly and efficiently by the tellers.
The Bank has security features in place with safety glass for there tellers, this is an important key factor for any place dealing with money, and makes me as an individual feel better about the place, as it shows it cares about security and safety.
The staff are always friendly and will deal with anything as quickly and as full as possible. They will go into detail, and explain anything fully. They will also suggest or tailor products to suit the customer.
The only downside to the TSB is that it is a little small and narrow and if parents are in with pushchairs you will find that a lot of customers, are sometimes pushed out onto the street. But apart from that the TSB is a fantastic bank and I'd recommend it to anyone. I was never aware of them until I met my husband and i'm glad I now have an account with them. read more
