Would give a zero Really trusted Travis with our taxes for 10 years. My boyfriend got audited two times within the 10 years. The first time Travis helped A LITTLE and we got maybe half the return back. This last time. Took forever just to get ahold of him. He told us a bogus answer to why we were getting audited. Sent in papers he claimed would fix the audit. Come to find out, he filed us both as head of household. He has NOT answered any calls from us, any emails, everytime I'd call his secretary would say he's with someone and would call back. Lies. He wouldn't even sit down with us. Cost me a fortune! Very unprofessional. I was audited ( not by his fault) but Don Trzinki failed to file the proper state amendment and cost us over $3000 due to his professional negligence. Do not use for anything more than a basic W-2 E-File. Bad, bad bad. read more
