Today might not have been the rudest, worst customer service experience I ever had but it was the worst I ever remember having. Look at the number of one star reviews this place has & that tells the story. As others have said I only left one star because the system won't let me leave less. First I had to wait 2 weeks to take my snow blower in. I assumed that meant they were very busy but when I got there mine was the only machine in sight. They said they'd call when it was ready. Iwaited 2 weeks & called them. Was tole "It's ready". Nothing more. I was sent to them by the manufacturer for a warranty repair. When I got there they tried to charge me $146. I said it's under warranty & they said they couldn't check that even though they are an Ariens dealer. Said I'd need to bring in my receipt. Never mentioned that on the phone or when I dropped the machine off. I live 30 miles away. Also the kid at the counter didn't know enough to get up when a customer came in & never stopped staring at his phone. read more

I wish I could give these people 0 stars! Took our hustler lawn mower to get serviced, new blades, oil change you know the normal stuff. Got it home and mowed half the lawn and it broke, we've had the mower for 5 years and never had a problem! Belt came off, no big deal again it's been 5 years so we probably needed a new one. Take it back to get it replaced, get it home and mow 4 strips before it breaks again... I call unhappy and the lady answering the phone says well I was going to tell you the spring fell off so we replaced it with one from a hardware store... Mind you the spring was half the size that they put on! Take it back AGAIN and mow 1.5 times this time and it breaks yet again... spark plugs were never replaced, air filter was never replaced, nuts were missing from bolts. Needless to say we will never do business through these people ever again nor do we recommend them to anyone! Poor service, poor communication and clearly poor diagnostic! read more

Sales and service are pathetic. Traded in my old plow and paid over $3000.00 for a new plow. The brand new plow doesn't work, something wrong with the rams. I brought it back minutes after I had left with it and was made to wait two hours while they worked on the next poor suckers truck. After telling me it was normal and then doing some back peddling and deciding I was right, they decided I needed to leave it there for repairs. I had to trace wires on my vehicle and plug my lights back in because my lights and turn signals didn't work after unplugging the plow. No one cared I was losing a half a day of work to address their shoddy installation or that I had to complete the wiring after the job was supposedly done Two days later......waited on hold for 8 minutes to find out the mechanic is at lunch and no one knows anything. Be warned......unless you want to get ripped off and jerked around do not go there!! read more

If I could give it less I would. The problem started when they returned my truck to the parking lot after installing a new ARE Z series cap. When I looked it over I noticed a small crack in the fiberglass next to the back door. It took some time and one mad as a hornet wife to get them to commit to removing the damaged cap with a promise to get another asap. Once they removed it matters took a turn for the worse. The installer had damaged the truck causing significant damage to the bed rail caps on both sides and more importantly right where the cap was cracked. And how could it get worse, well the wiring for the third brake light was installed without chafe protection, wiring loom hangers were left undone and connector plugs were left apart. The product installed was ok but the installation was deplorable. Trux offered to make it right but as the old adage goes we won't give them the chance to make it shame on me. read more
