Absolutely terrible customer service. We had a bat found in a child's room, so I took an entire day off work expecting Wildlife Removal Services to come out -- only to later find out I didn't even need to do that because the issue was supposedly covered under warranty. They scheduled an appointment for a technician to perform the service. No call, no show. I called to reschedule for the following week and was never given any explanation as to why nobody showed up. The following week? Same thing again. No call, no show. I called again asking for an explanation and once again nobody could provide one. The only reason I was eventually able to get someone to my house was because I still had the manager Blair's cell phone number saved from last year. I literally had to call him every single day until someone finally showed up. My advice: do not use this company. And if you do, save every phone number you can, because you won't be able to reach anyone locally -- all calls are routed through a national call center and nobody seems to know what's going on. read more

Terrible service and zero results! I hired this company for bat removal 2 years ago for almost $4,000 and it took months to get the process completed. When the bats were still in the attic less than a year later I called to schedule further repair under warranty, and it took 4 months for them to actually come out (after scheduling several appointments that were no-shows). They tried to sell me a warranty renewal and I didn't buy it because they never finished the job in the first place. Now there are even more bats! After scheduling a return visit they no-showed again and refused to come out because I didn't buy the warranty. DO NOT hire this company, they never finished the job and just try to sell you annual warranty renewals. Huge waste of time and money! read more

impossible to reach a local person. just bounce back and forth to customer relations in Georgia. never return calls unless repeatedly hound them. do not resolve and issue when I wanted to cancel and get a partial refund they denied me even though I had damages and multiple rats in my housedecomposing would not return my calls after I asked them to come dispose of said rats. Wow, have I been disappointed with this service. We paid $600 for very little treatment. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! We had an unknown animal in our attic making noise. My thought was it was a squirrel, which we had seen recently in our trees around our property. TrueTech came out to look at the house, looked around the house and in our attic. They did not see anything but put an extruder trap on our roof to prevent a critter from getting back in our attic once they left. They said they would set up additional traps for critters and check daily. From there it all went downhill. The noise, all along, was a marsh rat with one leg in a trap WE SET MONTHS EARLIER. It was so noisy at night (and True tech had not been out to check) that we went up to the attic ourselves and dealt with the rat. When I called to TrueTech to tell them we caught a rat in the attic and we needed to amend the contract, Mike Cooper (the wildlife technician) refused. He said he would set up rat traps "for free" only if we signed up for their monthly critter prevention program ($75/month). He refused to change the course of treatment. I asked for our contract to be emailed to us, which NEVER was sent. We asked four times. They only sent a final receipt that was $598 with no itemizations for what we actually paid for. I would be fine paying for the $100 agreed upon fee for closing up our roof hole, but beyond that I am unclear what $498 paid for?! They never set up additional traps nor did they come check our house until a week later to remove the extruder trap to end the service. Mike was also extremely rude to me when asked for what services they provided us. This is a very DISHONEST company. Do not hire them. read more
